Well first off the gas Clerk didn’t speak English so a language barrier was there second apparently his boss had the keys for the u-haul so I had to wait 20 minutes when my time reservation had already begun. It was frustrating having to waste time maybe have a pick up options in store for keys not having to deal with anyone
