ANDREA BI was called ahead to move to this location because that is where they were supposed to have a truck ready for me. They also said they would extend my reservation from 5 hours to 24 hours because it wasn’t an hourly rate (which I appreciated). When I went to check-in on the app, there was no truck ready for me. So I had to talk to someone. There was a long line of gas station customers. I was asked to step to the side and kept getting de-prioritized for other gas station customers. Eventually I did get the truck. Later I got a text saying my reservation was almost due. Turns out the person who called me never actually extended the reservation to 24 hours. Luckily I was able to do it myself with no problem. But every part of the human interaction in this experience was poor.

Michael DThe lock on the back "door" was not easy to use. I wound up using rope to keep it locked as I could not get the parts to work that were on the " directions" of how to lock/unlock the "door". I also would try to find a " truck" /van that had a ramp you could use to load, rather than lifting things up into the back. The paper end of reserving, etc. went well. I had originally reserved a van and it was my fault ( reading dates incorrectly) that I did not get that van. Getting the new reservation was easy on the phone. I commend you in that aspect.
CAROL BThe agent was speaking to someone on a phone through a wireless mic during the entire pickup making communication challenging. The reserved equipment (dolly and blankets) were not in the truck. I had to locate the dolly outside the building and then request the moving blankets. When I received the blankets they were in a plastic bag. When opened they were damp/mildewed and had black mold growing on one of them. When I dropped off the truck I tried to inform the agent about the mold on the blankets. The agent said, “I don’t know. The guy taking care of the trucks will take care of it.” There was no concern. I will not use this facility again.
AMI HI am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience I had at a U-Haul location. As a loyal customer of U-Haul for over 10 years, I have always relied on your services for my moving and transportation needs and have never encountered an issue until now. Unfortunately, during my interaction with this particular U-Haul branch, I was met with extreme rudeness, blatant unprofessionalism, and, most disturbingly, racial slurs directed at me over the phone. This behavior is not only offensive and unacceptable but also deeply hurtful and shocking coming from a representative of a company I’ve trusted for over a decade. I have never felt so disrespected or mistreated by any U-Haul owner or employee in all my years of doing business with your company. Because of this upsetting encounter, I will never return to this location again, and I strongly urge U-Haul to address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I hope U-Haul takes steps to ensure no other customer is subjected to this kind of treatment in the future.

A'NAYA TThe staff were not helpful. My husband and I had questions about our contract/ services. Instead of the staff pulling up their system(the same one they used to book us), we were met with idk. I would much rather go to an actual U-Haul than this gas station. It’s okay if you don’t know something, but to not try to help at all, is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

MUHAMMAD QUhaul said online when reserving the truck that we would have contactless entry to the truck with self-check in. When I got to the location that was not the case, had to wait in a line in a gas station for the clerk to finish with customers to give me the truck. While in line the clerk got into a argument with another customer causing a delay, the police were called and the customer started acting irate yelling, and knocking over items in the store. The clerk made things no better. Will never go back to this location.
GINA AI would never rent a UHaul from here ever again. They charged me over 200 dollars on hold more than they were supposed to and the charges didn't drop for 3-5 business days while I was moving apartments. This was a terrible experience and then after charging me and not giving me the correct instructions. The next cashier told me after I already checked out that I needed to drive the Uhaul to the second lot behind the gas station. I checked in on 04/10 at 11:59pm and found out that the original cashier charged me for checking out at 3 am on 4/11 when I had just picked up the Uhaul. When confronting the staff about this, they proceeded to get the manager of the gas station on the phone and he lied and told me it was a glitch in the system. I had to Call Uhaul for them to fully explain the situation to me. This was a ridiculous situation and UHaul would get better ratings if it wasn't for this Evergreen gas station location. The whole thing felt fraudulent and frustrating.

VIRGINIA CThis is the worst experience I ever heard. The reticle I was given was fault. When we took it back we were delayed then was given a number to call for road side assistance incase we need it instead of giving us another truck and then we were charged extra day cos we spent 3 hrs more. Firstly it was supposed to be 1 day rental but was told I had a rental for 12 hrs. But when I took it back to complain about the fault we were delayed and the attendant said he will wave the extra hour only for me to return and got charged for 2 days use. That is unfair . I’ll rather use another rental company that cares for their customer

Although U-HAUL has many services, My experiences have been with truck rentals and I couldn't see Me using anyone else!!!! Absolutely would definitely recommend this location, they are Awesome⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

YORI PThe place I rented from was advertised as 24/7 mobile pick up, but it was not. I had a rental for the early morning that was cancelled 20 minutes before I could pick it up with no notification. I called for help, and they confirmed it, but then my app said no equipment was reserved. I had to call again and they rescheduled me for 2+ hours after my original time. When I showed up, I had to call again and they informed me it was not a mobile pick up, and I spent 15 minutes waiting for the truck. Please do not advertise as 24/7 mobile pick up if you are not. I was incredibly stressed while moving and having to call three times and shifting my schedule was really difficult.

TATYANA WClean the trucks the front cab was filthy. The cargo space in the back was wet. Truck was dropped 1030 Thursday night not due back in into 10am on Friday. This facility did not check the truck in until 12 pm on Friday and charge me For a 3. Day rental instead of 2. Also I filled the gas tank to 1/2 I put in 14 gallons at this station s pump which is where the gauge was when I picked it up. I have the receipt. This station charged me $27 for gas claiming I did not fill to the level that I received the truck. Total BS and a scam at this station. I have A corporate account and spend a lot of money with UHaul and will requesting an audit of my account. They are cheating people. I was charged an extra &70. I caught them and the owner is pissed. Very rude to me when I spoke with him about this situation
jayne lThe Uhaul representative deflated the actual milage of the vehicle by 20 miles. Making it seem as if I driven more than actually. The section on the contract where it shows the amount of gas, that section was not accurate. The contract showed 1/4 over the actual amount. For example. The contract shows 1/2 full and the truck shows 1/4 full. They're inflated and deflating the milage and fuel level to rip off the customer.

KATRINA CIf you need to move I would give this place a 10 stars if allowed. The owner is very friendly. He allowed me to keep the truck pass the time I rented it free of charge. Babu is a very very nice guy. Definitely check him out if you need to rent any UHual trucks and equipment.
Tyonna KVery disappointed that they would place a hold for 80 miles. It’s not fair to the customer not to tell them upfront how much the hold is for. $179. Hold on funds after asking how many miles I was going to use. The total cost was $63. Now I’m waiting for funds to be released. The truck was parked in the back. I am the customer has to locate the truck myself. It was 6 am in the morning and DARK. I drove less than 15 miles. The location was perfect but the service in all but could have been much better. Customers showed ups be told a head start on f time what the policy would s. Not at the time but f pick up!!!!!

SALEH AThe vehicle needed a wheel alignment and smelled awful. The location had multiple people sleeping around the vehicles and the store doesn’t have marking for the U-Haul checkin/dropoff. Checkin did not include pre-trip check for mileage, fuel, or pre-trip pictures.

KEVIN Cthis drop off location is convenient for me to use, but the parking lot is very small and restricted, with many customers pulling in and out to the gas pumps close by.
Richard RThe parking lot space is quite junky and filled with various UHaul trucks as well as people hanging out in the parking lot, playing music, drug addict nodding in and out, etc. While I would recommend it, make sure you take a male up there with you as I wouldn't have felt safe without my son.

WILLIAM DWas switched from a location 5 minutes away to this on 20 min away. No online check-in. Had to go inside the mini-mart. It took over 20 minutes to get waited on. Was treated VERY DISPRESPECTFULLY. The man behind the counter actually addressed 2 men standing behind me, who came in 10 min after me, to answer the exact same questions I had.

Brian Wthere was a slight hiccup in trying to rent my truck with my phone like i normally do, but after calling and getting help from a customer service rep, the rest of the experience went smoothly. Probably the only time i’ve every requested part of that “50 dollar guarantee” though, for my troubles.
ELIAS PCashier left the rental transaction midway and started to take gas station customers. Was passed thru two employees and waited to finish the process then not told which of the lots to find the vehicle so I end up walking around the entire lot.

After realizing that we weren’t taking his dolly he did not apologize and Then he went on to say that he was gonna charge extra because I got upset that he accused me of stealing.
