Aside from all the fees, which I know is not the specific business's fault, very clean and well maintained. The shifter doesn't always go to park but the key comes out.

You charged me $75 for insurance and then, when I needed roadside assistance, had the nerve to tell me that I chose SafeMove instead of SafeRide. You think the uninterested teenager behind 2 inches of bulletproof glass took the time to explain the differences in my insurance options. How dare you? A $500 truck rental, and then you tell me that for just a few dollars more, I wouldn't have had to pay the extra $200 roadside assistance. To tell me that there is nothing that you can do about it. That it's my fault for choosing the wrong options during my registration. How dare you? You think after this experience I will ever rent from you again? That I will recommend you to my friends or family. Are you joking?
