The passenger side mirror could not be set. It swiveled out of position making lane changes and turns impossible and dangerous.

PHILLIP B1.) Routinely drive vehicles as part of your safety test. The driver's side mirror was loose and would shift positions when driving over an uneven surface. 2.) The vehicle also needed alignment.

FUAD FNegatives: - The app is very glitchy and would not let me pick up my vehicle on time, so that ate into my reservation time. I had to get someone on the phone to help me. - This location is a self-service pick up place affiliated with a gas station. I am rating "below average" because the staff at the gas station were rude to the person on the phone who helped me. Luckily they were fine in person, but because of the poor experience the person on the phone had with them, I was pretty freaked out about going into the place! Positive: - The person on the phone, Nicole, was super awesome and helped me troubleshoot the (terrible) app. She then called the location to give them a heads up I was coming, and that's when she encountered the rude staff. - I was a little alarmed at going in, so she stayed on the line with me as I went in to make sure that I was safe! Please give Nicole a raise!
