The app sucks and I will never rent a U-Haul from any gas station location again that requires using the U-Haul app. The app is ridiculous and the store clerks were even more ridiculous. I had an appointment was there on time used the ridiculous deceiving U-Haul app to check in and pick up my vehicle even did the online log in the day before anything to make my pick up faster but when I got there it still took 45 minutes to get my supposed to be ready vehicle by 8am to even leave the lot. The app has you to do a hundred things before you can check out then it froze and so I went inside and the store clerk wanted me to start over too and that pissed me off because I loaded my drivers license and CC once I wasn’t going to do it again because were did it go I am so sick of all this online BS it makes Customer Service seem like you must buy it in order to receive it. Final Bs return the truck back and you got to go through more Bs the app will let you sign off charge you quick it works for taking your money and a Few Days Later you will be charged a double fee again and U-Haul will not be helpful or the store with why you’re being charged again and more charges for equipment you didn’t even have and late check in it’s just straight Bs. Evergreen gas station of Loch Raven Blvd In Towson Md is madness non helpful backsides.

I did not expect the additional charges.
James SThe equipment should be cleaned, it was quite dirty inside. They tank was not full. When I picked it up the individual signing me out was unfriendly and kept waiting on other people who came in after me. It was difficult to find the truck and the area where it was parked was not convenient to get the truck out and in. Because there were issues with my original truck I was told my milage would be free but he charged me for mileage. The communication of the UHAUL 800 number and the pickup locations needs a lot of improvement. I had to call the 800 number and they tried to help but when I went to my original location they did not have the correct vehicle ready. The UHAUL app is very difficult to use and navigate.
Corrie OI had a small issue with my bill, but I was able to quickly get it resolved. Overall very happy with the transaction.
Donald TI was charged for missing equipment, that I returned.
