It would be helpful to have one of those tow dollies to move the trailer as well as to assist in removing it from the hitch. It was very heavy and kind of dangerous to do this by myself.

Team was prompt and professional
WILLIAM LI would have preferred a printed contract at time of pick up rather than an electronic file. I would have preferred a printed receipt when I dropped the truck off. I would have preferred to hve more than a quarter tank of gas in getting my say started and returned it with more. I was not told the truck needed to be returned in the adjacent lot. I returned it where other trucks are parked. There was no walk around or history given to me of the existing damage to the truck before I left the lot. I had a bad expereince with this on a rental car.
