My initial location was HARVEYS EMISSIONS 792 VETERANS MEMORIAL HWY SW MABLETON, GA 30126 and I was forced to switch locations because no code was given as the employee said over the phone a day or two before pick-up that he would be there to greet me and he was not. I called multiple times the morning of while waiting onsite and was unable to reach anyone at the location. I was finally contacted about an hour after my initial calls and 90 minutes after my reservation time. Thankfully there was another truck I could reserve but it was an additional ten minutes away causing a further delay in my morning.

Reginald CMy experience today was horrible!! My reservation was confirmed but not completed which caused a delay in picking up the truck. I was on hold with for an hour before I got a rep to assist me I tried the chat app I tried calling multiple times and I finally got someone to help me the lock box was difficult to get the keys out and when I dropped the truck off at 12:30 it couldn’t close out the reservation and I was charged 15.00 more then I was supposed to pay I would not be using U-Haul again
LAQUANDRA TThe appliance dolly was missing. I had to drive 26 miles round trip to get one. The U-Haul app was finicky and I had to sign 5 times to get it to work. The signature box scrolled while signing.

JAYSON-D'RELL JKeys were not in the right place, back of the truck was dirty, paperwork filing was incomplete upon arrival and leaving, the rented equipment dolly wasn’t available in the truck.. although the owner was nice and helpful

derrick MHorrible experience, no keys to U-Haul at first pickup location. Customer service redirects me to a new location and the U-Haul I get is full of someone else’s stuff!!!!! Then when it’s time to finally turn in U-Haul, website AND app crash and I spend 45 minutes sitting and waiting on the phone with customer service. Do better.
Javon TWorst UHaul Experience I’ve ever had. Self check in and there was no key in the box for the truck that I reserved plus the back of the truck smelled like crap. I had to call customer service and she was able to switch trucks. New truck there was no utility dolly that I paid for.

LaTasha WZero organization at this place! Extremely unprofessional and just overall a mess! Was double charged for a tow dolly that still hasn't been settled! Will definitely go with another rental company in the future! U-Haul needs to do a better job of policing and verifying that these independent distributors are giving their name a good light! Horrible experience all around!

Luis RThe Self Pick up was horiible. Customer service unreliable. Spoke to 5 reps. Reservation for 2:30. Finally at 5:30 spoke to a female rep who had some sense and was able to complete my reservation. I do not recommend self pick up at this location.

My Uhaul wasn’t even checked in after I got it so Uhaul ended up calling me & texting me saying that I had an overdue rental a whole day later when I only had the truck for 2hrs. Like why was the truck not checked in for a WHOLE 24hrs & then some? Like that was crazy.

SIERRA CI returned my trailer on 7/17/23 I TOOK PICTURES BUT COULD NOT GET THE APP TO WORK PROPERLY I KEPT GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE EVEN AFTER I TURNED ON MY LOCATION.MY RENTAL DID NOT CLOSE UNTIL AFTER 19TH AFTER MY CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO THE 1-800 NUMBER THE PLACE OF DROP OFF(Evergreen Tropical Food Mart in Austell, Ga) I could never get anyone on the phone and no matter what time I went there and I went there 3 times at different times on different days and the place was never opened even though the sign on the door said open Monday-Friday from 10am-10pm. This place was not in the best of locations . U-haul you can do better!

Stephanie TForemost, I will be writing a formal complaint to the president of uHaul. I had a reservation for a different location and my truck was given away. I was told first come first serve. I had a reservation. Instead, I was sent to this deplorable place. The location smelled horrible, the staff had left and I was told to go online. I was sitting in the middle of a parking lot. An hour and a half later, I finally got my truck; four movers were sitting on the clock. When I went to drop it off, the location had turned into a nightclub. There was nowhere to park, cars parked haphazardly blocking each other in, intoxicated people were bumping into me, and the music was so loud that it gave me a headache. Finally, someone took the truck keys from my nephew. I retrieved the keys after it took me ten minutes to locate the person. I went online and left the truck. I was afraid for my safety and put in an untenable situation! There is no way that uHaul should direct anyone here. The only positive was the male 800 representative that tried to fix an already bad situation, not of his doing. uHaul owes me the rate of $20 per hour, for one-and-a-half hours per four drivers. The same business ethics that apply to your customers, should apply to uHaul.
linda eFirst time I've had an issue with this location. There was no sense of urgency. I was there 5 minutes early it took almost 45 minutes to check me in because the owner was too busy being distracted and it took nearly another 45 minutes to return the trailer after I went in and informed him the fence was locked and I couldn't get the trailer back in. Is give another chance in the future but this time was really bad

Moris WThere was no one on site at pickup, which is fine because the app was easy to use. At drop off there were people working but they still asked me to use app. Just weird. Bigger issue is that I ordered a hand truck and blankets. Neither were in truck at pick up so I had to go to Lowe’s and spend $89 to purchase a hand truck. I was still charged $27 for the hand truck and blankets.

EVELYN HI had to wait on the wife to go get her husband because he was in a class then once I took the truck back I had to wait again so that she can go get him to ring up everything and I feel like I put down more mileage than it really was because when I took the truck he didn’t come and inspect it he didn’t check the amount of gas they were other people in the store which may put lotta distractions the wife needs to know how to do U-Haul or someone else
Lorry DLocation was locked and looked dirty. We only were able to return the truck cause they happened to return to the location while we were waiting.

Donatus DI used the 24/7 checkout because the location was closed on Sundays. The checkout process did not have clear directions, so the whole process of getting the keys to my rental is too much to type, and I ended up spending much more than I thought. I would have been better off going with a moving company.

Warren BReceiver met us outside, was extremely nice & walked us out back to drop it off. My only regret is that we needed to drop it off Sunday afternoon or EARLY Monday so we could get back on the road & the store was closed. There wasn’t a secure place to leave a trailer when the store wasn’t open… that I could see upon driving by. Other than that, it was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Christian AAlthough I arrived approx 5 mins earlier than appr, the rep wasnt onsite. He was called to advise his customers were onsite. I was informed that his arrival delay was because he was getting the oil change in his vehicle. Once he arrived, no acknowledgment oil r apology for the delay. That could have help. He placed his personal items in the fridge, walked over to the computer and I ask if he could assist with me. He proceeded to ask questions that were in the computer. I advised I paid online for all services including insurance. Once transaction was completed, I thank the ladies in the store for their numerous attempts to reach the rep. The trailer was clean. No issues until return. The return location indicated they didnt have any room to accept the trailer and provided directions to return to a different location. Follow up from the u-haul rep via phone confirmed that the second location did not close out the res...but all was good. No further calls with issuel

MATTHEW BThis guy who was in charge of renting the uhaul was late for showing up to have me sign for and pick up my truck, my pick up time was 5:00 and he showed up 45 minutes late. When it was time for me to return the equipment it was the same long wait, I also asked him to take payments from two different cards but instead of doing what I asked he went ahead and charge one cards and said that he didn’t know. This is the worst place to rent from, they have customers waiting for a very long time.
Cleston WThe check in process online took me an hour. I did not receive an appliance dolly like I ordered. I even confirmed verbally on the phone earlier that week with an agent I did order one. Two days in a row of ordering truck and both were horrible experiences.

The dolly and packing blankets had been used by the previous renter and was not put back together but left in back of truck loose. I would NOT rent from this location. There was no place to park the truck. Big parking issue s at this location. Horrible customer service. Less than 1 star.
