First time I've had an issue with this location. There was no sense of urgency. I was there 5 minutes early it took almost 45 minutes to check me in because the owner was too busy being distracted and it took nearly another 45 minutes to return the trailer after I went in and informed him the fence was locked and I couldn't get the trailer back in. Is give another chance in the future but this time was really bad

Moris W.There was no one on site at pickup, which is fine because the app was easy to use. At drop off there were people working but they still asked me to use app. Just weird. Bigger issue is that I ordered a hand truck and blankets. Neither were in truck at pick up so I had to go to Lowe's and spend $89 to purchase a hand truck. I was still charged $27 for the hand truck and blankets.
