This location is in a bad neighborhood, it is an abandoned strip mall. With bars and a chain on the doors. There were no personnel at 8:00 am, my posted pick up time. There were 2 German Shepherd dogs with no leash walking around the key drop box. I did not see them until they approached me while I was trying to get the padlock to open. There are abandoned dumpsters in 5 foot tall weeds. I could not access WiFi to interact with the app to go through the steps of picking up the vehicle. This location is in North Tulsa and my preferred store and packing supplies pickup was downtown. I could not pick up the truck there due to availability, though I reserved the truck 5 days ahead of time. If u-haul cared about my convenience, much less safety, they would not utilize this unbelievably dangerous and scary location. A u-haul employ could have easily been dispatched to the location to drive the truck to the safer location in downtown Tulsa. And downtown Tulsa is not considered safe but I felt safer there than at this pick up location. i also had to make 2 trips to pick up my supplies because the clerk failed to give me all of the items on my reservation receipt the first time.

The unit was clean and served it’s purpose for my needs, but needs a lift jack on tongue to raise and lower it, had to lift it manually off the ground

Everything was great I don't see anything that needs to be improved only maybe to offer a military discount. I would use this U-Haul location again. The staff was very friendly and informative.
