Because of my husband's health problems we could not meet the deadline for returning the tow behind trailer. We were given 2 extra days without charges to return the trailer. God bless Uhaul for caring and understanding. A big thank you to Uhaul.

MARK BThe reservation process was very easy and accommodations were made when I had closing delays. The pick up process was also simple. I dropped off during working hours and the agent was busy with other customers and told me the receipt would be sent via email. After more than a week of notices sent by U-haul with varied amounts for services rendered I called the agents office and was told the record was not accessible and had to contact U-haul 800 number. I did and at that point was informed the agreement was not closed out. There had been over 200.00 in additional charges being processed. It took another call to U-haul 800 customer service to resolve the issue today in which over 200.00 of extra charges were credited to my charge card. Not something I expected to deal with on top of moving, closing on new home, and all additional appts. and services having to be addressed. Better training needed for the location to be successful and not hurt the reputation.

Timothy Nwhen I checked my unit in, it was not recorded properly in the Uhaul national database so 16 days later I got a message that I need to return my rental or pay for it so I had to drive to this location and walk their enormous lot, find the trailer on my contract, get their management to acknowledge that they did have it and record it with Uhaul which was bothersome and avoidable if the office had done their job properly.
RICHARD WThere was miscommunication with regard to my credit for dropping truck at an alternate location that was in need of trucks. I have not yet been credited for this.

Wellington AWas not able to do a contactless vehicle pick up, and had to go inside to get the keys. They location did not have a regular dolly as requested and wanted to supply an appliance dolly, which would not help. Staff was not friendly.

JEFFREY HEnsure the vehicles are in working order. My last rental was a nightmare because the battery was not good...We had to jump-start the truck every time we shut it off....it wasted time and energy....Then we forgot the jumper cables in the truck and they "disappeared". I went back to the dealer but was told they were not "turned in".

MARK TThere was a severed strap for the auto transporter and I had to rig with my own straps which was a safety concern. When I asked to return the trailer for a new one that was the last one nor were any extra parts available.This auto transporter should not have been rented. Thankfully I knew how to safely tie down the vehicle. I had to stop frequently to ensure the straps I tied remained in place. I seek a refund.
