It was raining and water was pouring into the driver side window. I had to mop out the back of the cab because the cab was leaking water. It was a pretty terrible experience.

Heather VI made the initial reservation and intended to return the truck near my house. However when it was time to return your system gave me different locations to return and the nearest one was 10 plus miles away adding mileage costs which doesn’t seem fair

elias cRequested and paid for 24 moving blankets with the Woodstock, IL reservation. Discovered afterwards that we had only received 12 moving blankets from the Woodstock location in two pkgs of 6 each. This can be verified by checking photos of only 2 bags received at check-in on pickup date. Upon returning the truck and equipment to Sebastian, FL., I discussed this issue with the return location’s personnel and was told they could not help me because they were only a drop off location. That evening we were penalized for the shortage error and charged another $96 + rental tax for a total of $102.72. Disputing additional charges.
