The location was great but my truck leaked. And it was pouring so all my stuff got wet. There was literally a pool of water in the truck. And I was charged an additional late fee, which could not be refunded at the location, even though the manager told me that I could have the truck until the end of day. I originally thought I would only need the truck from 12-4 but due to the severe thunderstorm, I dropped it off around 4:45. Not too pleased about that but was given a number to call to hopefully be refunded the late fee.
