So my rental was originally at Tires and More in Vero Beach. But after I loaded my vehicle on the tow dolly I realized that one of the tires was had the tread coming off. I took it back but was told I had to call the 800#. I then had to drive to Sebastian (Everybody Rides) to pick up another tow dolly. Drive back to Vero and reload my car... Again... Only to find that one of the straps that holds the tire to the dolly was almost too short. I was able to get it to strap down but it popped loose twice during my journey. U-Haul needs to keep their equipment in better maintained condition! Two different U-Haul places, issues with both.
