Ended up with several fees that were told I would not receive initially. When I tried to call and dispute it they said there was nothing they could do.

JAHN HUhaul system sucked as usual and he had to call the regional guy. Uhaul really needs to add the extra details of the towing vehicle such as my truck has higher gears including the tow package to tow more vs base model trucks.
