MARIAH BThe online share app was extremely slow and difficult to access while at this location. There is some redundancy with the app that is a bit frustrating. It requires to upload DL and head shots multiple times. Also requires several different contacts for verification that took over 15 minutes to complete. Seems a bit counterproductive in my opinion. Overall I was able to pick up the truck after 25 minutes of jumping through hoops and I completed my task. So thank you U-Haul for having this option available. I personally would prefer a more streamlined process. Just my thoughts Thanks again Chris Allen.
CHRISTOPHER AA customer should NOT be allowed to extend their reservation WITHOUT calling the location where they rented it. If it's after hours and they can't reach them then the answer should be no. As a small business that depends on using these vans the stress it causes me not knowing if my van won't be there because someone extended their reservation is unexplainable. There aren't a lot of choices for bands in my area. This practice is requiring I rent for longer periods of time to ensure that I have what I need, or sometimes to order multiple vans (the other nearly 30 min away) and cancel one at the last minute. You should seriously consider making this change! It is so unfair to the other client. $50 does not change inconvenience or amount of money I could lose by not being able to complete my job where a van is needed. I'm not comfortable driving box trucks because they are much more difficult to park downtown which is where I'm off headed. Please take this request seriously and allow people to talk to read it. People who can make this change read it. It is my number one complaint about all of Uhaul. Thank you for asking and for listening.

MICHAEL HI was not aware that after we rented and picked up the Uhaul, that we would get a text message to upload info and pictures of the truck. By the time that I checked my phone after pick up it was to late to upload the pictures. The link expired. When renting the truck or when picking up the truck this should have been mentioned. We did have a missing and damaged hub cap.
RYAN GTrailer was available as scheduled. Pick up and return was very easy.

JAMES MI received confirmation that my reservation was confirmed for my selected pickup location and then the night before pick up uhaul changed my pickup location 30 mins across town. When asked if I would receive a discount for the last minute change I was told no and that is how uhaul does business. Excalibur did great though.

BRIAN GPre pickup instructions not clear. Truck was run down and dirty. One tire had low air pressure and check engine light was on. Radio and AC did not work. Truck did not have a ramp & I do not recall it being advertised as not having one. Overall very stressful, difficult, and process not clear when signing up. Over priced for lack of ramp and truck issues.
Matt MI have rented from this location multiple times. This was the first time I received no instruction on how to connect or disconnect my trailer (no real problem). But this is the first time I did have trouble disconnecting the trailer and it took me several minutes to figure out what the issue was. Otherwise, friendly service, trailers were in excellent working order.

DACE CVery smooth process. App walked me through pick up and drop off. Keys, truck and dolly were ready. No issues. Truck was clean and in good shape.
