Didn't get the dolly I paid for and no one was there to help me/couldn't get ahold of anyone. Made my move take twice and long. The final price and the price when booking did not match up at all.
Alysa BLocation closed, said I could remote drop off. On my app the find my location did not work. messaged me there was an issue with the app. Dropped off as had to be elsewhere.
Robert PHad to wait a very long time to drop off with only one employee. Then was charged a clean up fee. Not sure for what as we made sure the truck was clean prior to drop off.
