I reserved this truck with the need to pick up an hour before the location opened - therefor I chose the App for pick up option. This location does not support this option but there was no communication from anyone at Uhaul to inform me of this. This completely upended my day and inconvenienced everyone helping with my move. I informed the location of this and they said it was an issue with Uhaul. Whoever's problem this is - we will be renting from a different truck company in the future.

We reserved a 26ft truck so we could move to another state. When we arrived at the location we were told that they didn’t have a working 26ft truck and gave us a 20ft truck instead. Now we have to travel back with another car and trailer in order to get the remainder of our house moved. We not only have to do another trip but also need to spend more money to rent a trailer. This is terrible customer service and shows that uhaul is not communicating with its rental centers.

The computer was running slow when I got up to the counter so the person behind me got in and out before me with the computer and other employee. I know that sometimes that can't be helped but it was frustrating because people were waiting for me to help in my move. Otherwise the employees were friendly and helpful. The employee that was helping me took me out to find the truck and the other employee didn't help his clients so I think my employee knew I was frustrated. Which is a good quality to have when helping customers.

The only difficulty we had was finding this location. There should be some type of Uhaul signage in front of the building. All equipment is located at back of the business.

When I went to reserve one online, it showed they did not have anything smaller than a 20ft. I reserved one but, when I went to pick it up, I asked if there were any smaller ones and he hooked me up and changed it on the fly. He had just checked a couple in that morning. Overall, simple and easy transaction.

Excalibur Rental provides good service but they should not have had to help me. I reserved the truck on line and wanted to pick up the truck prior to the store opening. I spent 1 hour trying to pick up the truck just to have to have the store employees help me any way. The mobile app is a joke! I rented a truck using the app in November 2017 and had a horrible experience. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and use it again. HUGE MISTAKE! On moving day you added SO much extra stress to my life after wasting an hour trying to simply pick up the truck using the mobile app. I will lever use or trust U-Haul again. I shouldn’t have given you a second chance. Your customer service is a joke, I sat on hold for 20 minutes, the app (which is supposed to make thinks simpler) caused so much aggravation.

The truck had significant dog hair in the cab, and the location would not assist with loading my vehicle onto the auto transport. In fact, I had to drive both off of their property before loading.

Both truck windows and windshield were dirty and had bugs all over the windshield. The GMC truck had a malfunctions speedometer. It was super frustrating because it would constantly flash. We would appreciate a refund or discount on the GMC truck rental.
