The U-Haul app was not working for me. I could not upload a picture when I tried to return the trailer. I finally got it to work after hours of trying then talking to another customer to use the website and enter my reservation number.RICHARD G.

The young man who was working the counter was helpful, courteous, and professional. However, the truck had a wicked shimmy from time to time. When I let the worker know, he shrugged and said, "yeah, it;s a U-Haul". I have used U-Haul from time to time over the years, but only when I couldn't find what I wanted from Budget/Penske/Ryder becuase of equipment conditions. Thanks, KENKen F.

I originally opted for a U-Haul truck, a dolly, a furniture trolley (a flat thing with wheels on it) & blankets. When I got to the U-Haul store in Parker, Colorado, the attendant handed me the key to an empty truck. I had to go to a different U-Haul location bcuz at the very least, I needed a dolly. The guy @ the first U-Haul location on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the worst & 10 being the best) in terms of customer service, I would rate him a 5. The much older gentleman @ the second U-Haul location in Highlands Ranch, I would rate him a 9.Esther C.

uhaul cancelled on me twice and I had to replan my move twice. My biggest mistake was using uhaul. running lights on trailer were broken so you not only messed up my entire summer, but you put my life at risk. Never coming back. Never.James E.

I had ordered 20 moving blankets. I called a couple hours before pickup to confirm everything was there and was told so, however when I arrived they only provided me 12 blankets. Luckily I had ordered more than I thought i would have needed to be on the safe side.Eric L.

The trailer lights on partially worked. No blinker or brake lights. U Haul rep determined my vehicle was working properly. Trailer had an issue. Needed it for two trips. - One close just a few blocks from the rental office. - The second was about 30 miles round trip Used the trailer for the short trip and was not willing to risk making the second trip. This location did not have the hardware I ordered which made the move near impossible, they were very rude and they locked my personal car in their parking lot with no signage or verbally telling me they would do that. This rental should be reimbursed.Heather P.

Truck was filthy at pickup (dirty masks, food bags, empty drink cups EVERYWHERE in cab). Was told by the location that it is not their responsibility to maintain the truck. They only maintain trucks for in-town moves, according to them. We had to clean it ourselves. Absolutely zero service.Edward R.

I tried to stay away from this place after reading reviews but at the last minute UHAUL notified me that I HAD to go there because they screwed up and the truck wasn't at the original pickup location. Ok so fine. I pick up the truck and give my credit card. All good. Until today when I get a threating text from UHAUL that if I don't pay my bill they will send me to collections. The company charged my credit card and for some reason later credited me the money back but never told me. So I had to pay again online.... I will not ever use UHAUL again... They can't seem to verify locations of trucks or know how to properly charge a customer. The location was fine and the truck was clean. Maybe this is a issue with UHAUL itself but not sure where else to leave a review.William S.
I was charged for a 2 day rental when I had the truck for one day and returned it to the location with the key drop off at 5:30, 30 minutes after they closed. Not happy with that because the truck didn't work out and had to return everything the same day.Martha C.

Your tow dolly broke my 4runner and it doesn't qualify to be covered because it didn't catch fire or roll over. My entire transmission is destroyed due to ill-explanation on how to use a â€œuser friendlyâ€ device. The uhaul was filled with cigarette ash and full cigarettes rolling around the dash board. There was garbage stuffed between the seats and the gas tank was halfway full. When I arrived to pick it up, there was two men screaming over the condition of my u-haul and several times the previous customer opened the door and kept me from leaving the lot. The tie down ropes were shredded and not long enough to cover my tires so I had to purchase my own ratchet straps to secure my vehicle. I will never be using U-Haul again and will be advising friends and family to steer clear as well.Pattrick G.

Shawn with Uhaul was totally unprofessional. The gas gauge on the truck was not functioning correctly and after I filled the tank completely it only showed a little over half. I told Shawn this when I dropped the unit off. He told me there wouldn't be an issue. He called ten minutes later and left me a voicemail stating we need to talk about the gas. He then proceeded to charge my card without talking to me. I went to the location to resolve the issue and shawn began yelling. Then followed me out the door and tried to fight me. completely unacceptable.jeremy W.

I waited in line at the service counter approximately 15 minutes to be told to wait at another counter where it took another 5-10 minutes for someone to walk over. I needed to buy a ball for the hitch and had to go stand in the first line again. All total about 30 minutes of waiting in line.David W.
