My reservation was at 7am and the lady that called me 2 days before, walked me through the app and how to get the keys that way. When I got onsite, I kept getting the error on the app that no truck was assigned. I got the help desk and they said I had to wait until they opened at 7:30 to get the keys. Glad it wasn’t long but frustrating it wasn’t an easy process.
