How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was called the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck to ask me to go to another location than the one I scheduled a pick up for a month ago. The site was a cheap motel and I had to call to get the agent to come let me have the truck.
Claudine PThe people were incredibly nice, however we had a bad experience. Our U-Haul was incredibly dirty on the inside and they didn’t have any of the equipment that we requested. We reserved our U-Haul a week in advance, so I wish U-Haul allotted us to an appropriate location that contained a clean U-Haul and met our equipment needs. Will probably stick to a different trucking company for our next move.
Kylie WDidn’t realize this was a self-pickup location when U-Haul moved my pickup location. Not sure I would have agreed to the change if I’d known that.
