The people were incredibly nice, however we had a bad experience. Our U-Haul was incredibly dirty on the inside and they didn’t have any of the equipment that we requested. We reserved our U-Haul a week in advance, so I wish U-Haul allotted us to an appropriate location that contained a clean U-Haul and met our equipment needs. Will probably stick to a different trucking company for our next move.

Didn’t realize this was a self-pickup location when U-Haul moved my pickup location. Not sure I would have agreed to the change if I’d known that.

Adams CTruck was not available for pickup via mobile pickup. The location was not open at the posted time. Truck was dirty. Broken mirror Very disappointed.
JEFFREY MMy reservation was at 7am and the lady that called me 2 days before, walked me through the app and how to get the keys that way. When I got onsite, I kept getting the error on the app that no truck was assigned. I got the help desk and they said I had to wait until they opened at 7:30 to get the keys. Glad it wasn’t long but frustrating it wasn’t an easy process.
