U-Haul switched me to this location only two hours before I was supposed to pickup, which made it a virtual pickup. That''s not a problem since I've done that before. However, the address provided has no suite number and there are multiple businesses at that address. There was no sign indicating the business name or U-Haul, so I had to call your corporate number, who had no idea what to do. I finally just started knocking on doors until I finally found someone, but this put us an hour behind in our work and we are a small business that rents trucks about two time a week. The person who finally helped me clearly did not know a lot about how this works. DO NOT SEND CUSTOMERS TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY HAVE SIGNS SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
