I requested and paid for a utility dolly and I did not get that in my truck which made my move very hard….i did contact U-Haul this morning but haven’t heard anything back yet about my refund on the dolly

Make the pick up for keys in a more obvious location. It’s between 2 large builds with no way to know which building I was supposed to go to. As a woman having g to walk around in that area was scary. The redundancy of entering info was a bit much too when your outside alone in a place with no office or ppl around for safety.
Beth Sit was a Sunday and it was closed. Just dropped off truck
Robyn KThere was no one at the location as it was closed all weekend. There was no one there to assist us with where to park. There was no information posted as to the procedures. I also think it was in bad form to charge me a full extra day when I was three hours late to a place that was closed.
