It was extremely helpful in our move However the back of the truck was just as dirty when we picked it up as when we dropped it off. I made a point to fold the blankets used & sweep the back out, It also smelled like a sweaty man.

I set appointment at 9am thinking I would get there in time for the 17 ft truck. But business happens and I was running late they called me at 1005 so I returned the call. And the person behind the counter had rented the truck out and accused me of not trying to get ahold of them I had to pull up my call history just to prove I tried to call him back. Also everything I rent a vehicle I always get charges a fuel fee even though I fill it up to more fuel then was in it when I took the truck. Even the people working behind counter seen there was more fuel in truck so he finished checking me out.

Truck was smoked in before I got it. Ashes left in ash tray. Mud was on the truck. But had to pay a full extra day just because I was not even a hour late. And the lady I got it from barely spoke English and was hard to hear let alone understand what she was saying.

On drop off, the worker was very helpful explaining to us everything that had been neglected at pick up. He explained the gas tank fill up, asked how many miles we had driven, and also checked the van for any damage/issues before checking odometer. Drop off was quick and easy at The Executive Inn in Chillicothe.

They charged me all kinds of extra fees not mentioned. The truck was so shaky and rocky and smelled like filth. It ran and drove horrible. They refused to check both trucks I rented one from Florida and turned it in there in front of me. Said they would do it in the daylight. But it's a motel, they had plenty of light. They charge more per mile than any other place. They are very unfriendly and not happy people !!! Horrible experience !!! Horrible dirty truck that was definitely not road worthy!

I fell in the parking lot due to ice, I did tell the worker when I returned the truck. Other than the fact my knee is twice the size it should be and I can barely walk, the truck itself was fine.

Truck was cleaned when I got it. It had some damage on the driver side rear bumper I noticed it and noted it I have pictures and video of it and can provide it to you if you want it.

Truck shook harder than a person that is having an exorcism performed on them. A/C cut out half way threw the day. The keys to the truck wouldn't unlock the driver side door

The online check-in system was a nightmare! It took me 45 mins to get checked in and I still had to go inside to get the keys. Skip the hassle and go inside for the whole process.

Vehicle return process took 20 minutes, for no reason, since I was the only customer there. Vehicle had check engine light on the whole time, hood was not latched and came part way up on the highway, seat belt warnings sounded despite all belts buckled, key did not work in driver's door, driver's door off alignment made it difficult to open and close, air conditioning blew nearly no cold air and went off during acceleration. Hand dolley was ordered but was not in truck.

The only negative factor with the move was that the vehicle had a lot of damage to the doors,and the driver door would not unlock with the key,had to be entered from the passenger door to unlock the drivers door.The vehicle performed well during the move.

It doesn't really have to do with the location, but I think it is beyond ridiculous that I was only given 37 miles to get the truck from the pickup location, back to my house, and then to my new house. Just from my old house to new house is close to 40 miles. At least give someone 50 miles, but that is still a rip off!

The people were rude and had no clue about the reservation then also questioned me if I paid and then questioned if I paid for the dolly It was a longer process then just going in which is ridiculous.

well the price changed 3 times on us I ended up paying close to $300.00 for one way I wouldn't recommend anyone to use u-haul. I think the people at both locations was very nice and clan this is nothing to do with them its with the U-Haul services.

I would be good to get what had been ordered previously online! Was upgraded to a larger truck because the size I requested wasn't available except at another location that didn't open until much later. Truck turned out to be w/o cruise control, which I didn't expect - but was easy to drive. Did not have the number of pads requested. The person at the location was very helpful.
