Staff when picking up rental was not friendly, asked no questions other than mileage and insurance and did not describe the process well at all.
Carie WHad to do the whole process on line. The only thing the clerk would do was hand me the keys. Not customer friendly at all. Even had to take pictures upon return because no one was there to receive the truck. What a pain. Definitely different from past experiences.
