How U-Haul Reviews WorkFilled up the tank to where it was when we got it, not 1 mile from the drop off location and still got charged for fuel
Harold TFirst truck I was offered was lacking maintenance. The dash had warming lights on and the AC did not function and smelled of smoke. I refused this truck and was given a second truck that was in better condition.
Edward BNot a thing.
KATHERINE MDespite calling ahead and letting people know that I was stuck in unmoving traffic for hours due to an accident, and assurances that it wasn't a problem, I was charged for an extra day. This was wrong and they know it.
