The only problem is that the tongue on the trailer is so heavy it is hard to lift. I would suggest that you consider putting a lift on the trailer to help raise and lower it.ROY L.

I had a reservation and they didn't have it when I showed up, then had to get a smaller truck. It took longer because of this. Also, uhaul provided me with a company to help move, who didn't show up or contact me and wouldn't answer my phone call. I finally got ahold of them when they were scheduled to be finished and they said they were on their way and it would be about 30 minutes. Very frustrating. Terrible experience.Shawn L.

He charged me $25 for a chip in the cab. Claimed we did not sweep out the back which was not true. We also folded blankets and returned with extra gas and 2 hours ahead of schedule.Holly K.
You advertise $19.99 in town but we paid $61.00. Twice. I'll never rent from u-haul again. I hate being cheated. I'm telling everyone not to rent from u-haul coz $19.99 is a lie.Rosalie B.

I had the worst experience with your company! Took me more than 4 hrs and three different locations to get my equipment. Had to drive over an hr to get the equipment. I have always used Uhaul but never again. Very disappointed in how your company handle my situation and will not be recommending it to my family, friends and clients.MIchael B.

Well, I would say it was a good experience, until I got the bill. Said I drove 104 miles, when I only drove 45. So, instead of a $100 rental charge, I ended up with a $175 bill. I have called u-haul to dispute charges, and awaiting response. So, until this is resolved, will not use u-haul again. Advice - document miles. My word vs theirs, and I can't prove miles other then I know for a fact I didn't drive what I was charged!derek O.

Gentleman at this location didn't come from back room to acknowledge us when we walked into store. Just yelled through the doorway from the back room. When we got the truck it was dirty. The cab had muddy footprint on the floor and there was dirt and pet hair in the passenger seat. The back of the truck had not been swept out and was quite dirty. Parking lot space was not conducive to traffic flow due to the gates securing the back. There was somewhat of a "traffic jam" in the parking lot when trying to leave in my personal vehicle.CYNTHIA M.

Blinker wiring was backwards and one of the brake lights didn't work. I was pulled over 2 times in my 4 hour drive. I was very disappointed in that. Inspections should definately be done on these type of things. Make sure you check things out first because it apparently isn't done by the staff ever or at all prior to leasing a vehicle out to the publicthomas R.

The woman that handled the rental took 45 minutes because she didn't know how to run the computer. We received no assistance or instruction with the trailer. The trailer was in very poor condition and was dirty inside. When I returned the trailer at 9:40 there was no one at the shop. The sign indicated that the shop should have opened at 9:00. I parked and unhitched the trailer by myself, leaving it exactly where I picked it up. The trailer WAS returned before 48 hours was up. When we checked our e-mail last evening we noticed that the rental location had tacked on another day. I called immediately and the location owner said he knew nothing about it that the home office must have added to the bill. We feel that we have been cheated and that the location manager is a liar. We want this fraudulent charge removed from our bill and our credit card refunded.RICHARD M.

I picked up my u haul it ended up costing alot more than they said, I was told $130+ tax it was closer to $200 then it was on empty I wasn't even sure I'd make it to the gas station then I receive a text saying I owe for gas!!!! I brought it back with more gas than I picked it up with!!KARA D.
It is hard to rate this location. The staff here were friendly and nice but seemed less experienced in customer service protocol. The truck had mud all over the wheels, flaps and drivers interior. None of this was a big deal to me it was still a positive experience so I rated higher than someone else might have. I would still recommend this location.Valarie S.

The employee was very polite and friendly, and he tried to help me right away. My complaint is that Uhaul's software kept telling him that my particular towing vehicle/auto transport/towed vehicle combination wasn't recommended. He was very frustrated, as was I, at the amount of time it took for him to get the program to accept my setup, ESPECIALLY since I had verified online that my combination was approved. Uhaul is to blame for this issue, not Executive Storage.Marvin C.

The truck was a new truck and the gas gauge did not work. I filled the truck before returning it and they charged me for fuel. They did write me a refund for the fuel charge. I had told the young lady when I returned it that I had fueled it.Vern B.
