It’s not the location so much as the app that automatically adds the furniture pads to your cart when making the reservation. This cost me an extra $10 + tax, I remembered to take it out the first time we were trying to book, but when I switched to a van instead, they got me. Not cool U-Haul, $10 not a huge deal for me, but when you do that all day everyday, it’s a huge $$$ deal for you!

Front desk service was one of the best in the BMF(Bridgeport Morgantown Fairmont) area. Made sure I was takin care of would definitely recommend the man and woman that helped me. They need a RAISE!

I was with Exit 1 storage for over 3 years and never had any issues, it has always been very clean and everybody's been extremely helpful! I didn't leave because I didn't the facility, I finally got access to attic space that was finished! But I would highly recommend this facility to anybody that would need a climate controlled environment for storage!

Customer service representative was extremely rude, and unfriendly. He was rude from the beginning and ending of the U-Haul return service. He spit his chewing tobacco constantly everywhere. He took 20 mins to even greet us; even though he was aware of our presents. My husband greeted him numerous times with no response. When he finally looked up from his phone, he rudely asked what we wanted. He was trying to charge extra fees to our debit card. Rudely refused to take the U-Haul; because I had left the U-haul on 18 miles til E. I had stated I already put $200 or more of gas in the U-Haul. As well as the U-Haul was not on half tank when we received it. I also informed him; that we made the lady representative in Martinsburg aware of the U-Haul being below half a tank, and she verbally apologized for the U-Haul being under half a tank, and the contract was already created and she can't change it, but we could be credited for putting more gas in the U-Haul. He continue to get verbal belligerent with my husband and I. Basically tried to hold my husband, daughter and I hostage until we paid, but I told him I'm not paying anything, and my Lyft was here an I have heart medication that I am scheduled to take. He rudely stated we had a week to pay the final amount, if not he would have us banned from using U-Haul anywhere and that the final amount would be taken out of our account if it wasn't paid.

I booked with 2D. They charged me for that and when I picked up it wasn't there. I waited for 30+ minutes for getting the key, it was 5 o'clock. There was snowing & very cold & i was on road on call with representative. They hang up my call 2 times. When I reserved with 2d 1 for furniture moving & 1 for other stuff, they already charged me. & i didn't got any. It was very hard for me to load without it, so I called 3 guys & paid to them for helping me. The reason that I booked 2d is that there was a parking 50 feet's away from room for unloading, I waited for 2 hours to find someone who can help me with that. The next day 1 of the staff member from pick up location called me & he apologize for my inconvenience & promise to refund that I never got back. I dropped off at the location on time & with same filled gas in tank, drop off location again try to charge me for extra & i have no idea for what they try to charge me..For that 2d I never received & pay 2 times. If you have another option, don't go there. It's terrible & frustrating.

I’m sure if I look around more, I would have found the actual dimensions of the truck, but I think it’s important to note that the 15’ truck is only 15’ because it counts the part that hangs over the cab. Luckily, I was still able to get my 12’ item in, but it was much close than anticipated. I just wanted to make that known.

This storage facility had 1 bigger storage unit open and I snatched it with hopes of it being wonderful and sure enough it was. The manager was always respectful and helpful as much as he could be. The storage facility was never ever dirty was always clean and very well lighted. The elevator never once had a delay. The ACCESS hours were more than convenient. I never ever once had issues here so kind and friendly and especially helpful. Climate controlled units are a very PLUS!!!

This location in Morgantown was a great experience. The place looks brand new and the staff was very helpful. Even taking me to show me my storage unit and explains everything along the way. James was very helpful and explained the rental contract in detail. Temperature inside was cool and having music on while moving made a difference.
