I was extremely disappointed with UHaul's online services. My requested online booking location was changed by the system without my consent. I couldn't reach a representative by phone for 45 minutes. When I was finally called back the representative was rude and unwilling to honor the rate quoted. If it wasn't for the independent dealer my booking would have been a disaster! Two days later another UHaul representative Michael helped correct my bill to the original online quote. Which proved how bad the first representative of UHaul was! The company should know the service I received from your independent dealers was much better than from your company!
