The app was so painful to use. I can’t list all the issues I had so I’ll name one. It didn’t work until the minute of my appointment. That would have been fine, but I got there 10 min early. I tried to use, it didn’t tell me that it would only function the minute of. For 10 minutes I stressed out thinking I would not be able to get the truck because the app wasn’t doing anything but showing blank screen when I tried to check out the truck.

After a very frustrating beginning at ASAP Auto & Storage the folks at Exit 1 Storage were most helpful and pleasant to deal with. They straightened out the specifics of returning our rental to them that ASAP also managed to botch up. I would use Exit 1 again and recommend them to anyone.
