Customer Service is greatly direct and helpful in their communication. I have called other local U-Haul facilities in the Morgantown, WV area & couldn’t seem to either get any of them to answer the phone (during business hours), or they didn’t seem to have anything available for what I needed (10’ Box Truck). U-Haul at “Exit 1 Storage” has been the best location to deal with in the area. I have used this location a few times now and have never had issues with them answering the phone when I call during normal business hours—they answer promptly. The staff have been helpful in making the process of pick-up to drop-off feel easy and efficient. I recommend the other U-Hauls follow this locations business model.

Paul B26' truck was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Truck was clean and staff explained everything and walked the exterior with me. They also had me take photos of exterior and dashboard for my protection. Very friendly customer related staff
