You advertise a rate of $19.95/day, This is deceptive! Add miles, insurance and fees and the real price is a whole lot more. You could be up front and just tell your customers the average price/dsy/miles

DAVID CThe mobile check in was way too difficult asking for too much verification and I was overcharged to refill the gas. It wasn’t a full tank when I got it and they charged me to fill it up completely.
Shaun SExcellent experience with this location, they transferred my reservation to their location from the GES Used Car location in Fairmont WV. I had to transfer my reservation because there was only one employee that knew how to use the system and she was not in the office to fulfill my reservation. once transferred to Exit 1 storage it was smooth sailing. I would never recommend the GES used car location in Fairmont looks very sketchy and obviously unreliable.
WILLIAM BMade my reservation a week ahead of time for Bridgeport and I get a call the night before saying I had to go to Morgantown to pick up trailer.
