It was very confusing. No one answered the phone in 3 tries. The contract said call them when I got to town. Very confusing where to drop off truck. I went around the block many times. There was a little office with only 4 parking spaces. No one was there. Just a key lock box. I dropped off contact & keys and left truck in a space. Still no one there to direct me. Only time I ever had this experience. Other locations were always very helpful.

The staff at this location were not only knowledgable, they were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me navigate a storage rental and the timing of returning of the truck. I would highly recommend them!

Logistically it doesn’t work. Location is hard to find, no parking lot, hard to get in and out.

Location hard to find, no parking. Hitch was locked by previous customer and should have been checked before rented. Caused us much time and hassle. I was charged $20 for check in and not given a heads up before hand. I didn't receive call backs twice.

The truck was gross. Food crumbs were all over the cab and it looked like something was spilled all over the passenger seat.

Previous renter of truck did not fill tank to the top. I ended up paying for 4 extra galons i did not use. Facility would not correct the situation. Truck smelled like tobacco. Was not properly cleaned to remove smell.

I called 4 times requesting to speak with someone to confirm my reservation because uhaul changed my pick up location and they kept saying they would call me back and never did. Also didn’t tell us we needed to to return the truck with a full tank of gas

Erica was amazing. We rolled up at 5:01 (after being sent to the wrong location to drop off our truck). She was patient, didn't mind staying late to ensure that we wouldn't be charged for an extra day, and went above and beyond. Excellent customer Service!

Returning the truck was kind of awkward, requiring a sharp right turn into a 3 car parking lot with a gate to the inner yard. I had expected an employee to see me on the cameras and to open the gate, but nothing happened. I finally had to shut off the truck and go inside to ask the employee to open the gate. He finally did so, but it was kind of odd, like I was interrupting something else. Never had this type of experience at any other Uhaul in the past. Normally employees are fast and efficient.

I became aware after i tried to drop off the truck rental and dolly that the person at the counter seemed disconnected from reality and told me i could not drop off the dolly there as they were not certified to handle or rent dollies...WTH...if I as a customer can rent and use the place i was returning it to should have been able to do it as well. it was probably the worst case of laziness i have ever seen in my adult life. i always give folks a second chance. that better never happen again. i have used Uhaul services throughout my lifetime and never had this happen. Even if i physically could not do something i would never turn a customer away and would find a way to help them. but to tell me they can't...That means i wont ... that is unacceptable. There is always room for improvement.

My original drop off location was in Medford at U-Haul of rogue valley. We drove all the way from Portland to that location thinking that we had a storage unit that would fit our things. When we arrived at said location we were informed that our unit was too small. Therefore on 100° day I had to go and look for a storage after driving for 5 1/2 hours. We did find one at exit 24 but it was too expensive . I called and complained by phone about our inconvenience and was told that I would be receiving word within 72 hours of a refund or compensation for my absolute inconvenience. I am still angry about it. not heard a word back. I will do my best not to rent from you again because of this.

Rental was booked for 8am (it's why I chose this location). The truck wasn't ready unitl 8:40am, as the Manager had not arrived. Also the key fob I had did not allow me to exit the property on the return. I had to call the Manager and waited about half hour for her arrival, before I could exit.
