The location was fine. The truck was fine. The reservation system and online check-in are utter trash. Don't call it a "reservation", confirm it, and then call the night before and say that there's no truck available and tell me to go to another city to get it. That was fixed, but it was an insane suggestion. And if you're going to ask for contacts to verify identity, SAY THAT before the customer is at the truck trying to pick it up and left struggling finding someone who will answer an unknown number right away, while they sit waiting in a hot parking lot.
Richard GMobile drop off was challenging and cumbersome to work with. I eventually walked in and was impressed how quickly and pleasant the in-person team was. Definitely will use this location again.
Rudy TKen was very helpful and understanding, everything was ready to go the moment I arrived. I returned the truck before office closing time (highly recommended). The clerk asked only that i fold the moving sheets i used, which was no problem at all so I'm passing it on: if you use the moving sheets, fold them after you're done with them!
