The website is difficult and a bit misleading- but Ken at exit 24 storage was so very helpful to me, I can't say enough good to his credit. He was friendly and kind while still being professional, and I absolutely felt like he cared. Moving is a very stressful thing, and Ken made all the difference on one of the hardest days in my recent history. He does U Haul proud.
