At time i picked up my trailer the website crashed and it took a long time to get registration done this is also a towing service so calls were coming in for that. It wohldnt upload my dtiver license but said it did.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and potentially with any business. The initial quote to me regarding mileage was actually shorter than the two addresses I provided. I personally did not look up the mileage so only check it when I returned the truck and the company tried charging me for extra mileage, what a joke. Additionally, during my move, the company changed the drop off location without notification, only finding out when I tried doing the contactless drop off. Because of this, I had a delay and extra mileage, both of which you charged me for. While I disputed this and received no response after several attempts, you finally refunded the extra mileage while insinuating my account was closed, all the while still charging me with a BS late fee and then having a collection agency send me a bill. What a joke. I don't expect a reply as I have yet to receive anything actually accepting any form of responsibility or apology from the company.

Drop off location was great! I just don't understand why U-Haul had me travel that far from Adams Wisconsin which then put me over my miles.

This rating isnt about the location more of lack of trucks and locations provided. Also my debit card wasmt able to be used and it was valid. The location and the in perosn service was fine but the lack or communication from location and uhaul was horrid.

Shorten wait time on telephone and chat! I spent way to much time waiting for customer service. Make it possible to change pick-up and return locations on-line, without having to spend time waiting on the phone.

Lost my reservation, counted putting in said lost reservation again against my time limit, charged me for a dolly that was never provided. Godawful service, never again.

Pickup was to be at Tomah. Truck was sent by uhal computer to Oakdale. Had to drive an extra 10 miles. Then uhal had computer trouble so everything had to be reentered. Was told at drop of i would be reimbursed for gas. Drop of did not reimbursed and they charged for added miles. We were given $32 for gas and we paid $65. And the tank was on empty when we got it.

When a person contracts a rental and drop off location, it should not change for the benefit of U-Haul to use the customers to place their assets for their conscience. This will be the absolute last time I rent anything from U-Haul again!!!

Bathroom had no hand soap. Donuts were available for the customers, but every single one had a bite taken out of it. Equipment rented was not available. I'd rented a furniture dolly, none was available. I rented a dozen moving pads, they could only find 6.

This location did not have available what I had reserved!!!! AND this was the location U-Haul sent me! This was not the agents fault but as far as I'm concerned U-Hauls fault. I had to pay extra for something I did not need. Plus it pulled harder and cost me more fuel.

Tell them the pricing details and minimums up front. I was quoted 59.00 by an agent on the phone and when I went to pick it up the price went up to 79.00. Was not told by agent that this type of rental required a 2 day minimum. Not a great business practice, left me dissatisfied with the entire experience.

This was initially a pick up in Tomah and drop off in Eau Claire with a rental truck. Somehow they couldn't find the tow dolly (because they had the wrong location). Then charges us for an extra day that im still waiting on a refund for. They couldn't even GE the reservation correct let alone charging me for an additional day when I returned it 2 days early.

The entire place was filthy, magazines piled 4ft high in waiting area, old filthy furniture. One thing we did not realize the truck was full of sand and scratched a lot of my furniture, the inside of the truck had pop spilled all over the cup holders. The truck itself drove well and handled well, better gas mileage than expected.

The did not have all of the furniture pads I reserved (18 out of 24). They did have some issues finding my reservation due to passwords being changed. Took 45 minutes to get everything done even though I had done the precheck in online a day prior.
