I had a terrible experience with the agent at this location. Everything started out fine, I had reserved a van for two hours on Saturday morning. When I went to return the van, the key fob remote had broke away from the cardboard identification tag. There were two tiny pieces of plastic in my pocket, as I had put the fob and tag in there. I explained that all I had done was put the remote and tag in my pocket. She immediately began to tell me I would owe the entire amount of the remote, I believe $250.00. I was so upset and finally, after badgering me about "how am I going to use this without the tag" she finally said she would reach out to her manager and would be back to me within an hour or so......did not hear back the rest of the day Saturday or Sunday. Finally called 800 number and the agent sent another message to the manager. THEN still did not hear anything till I called Monday afternoon, only to find out the manager was on vacation! Had a WONDERFUL customer support agent Kilie. She immediately contacted the area supervisor Gregory. The issue was instantly resolved, he went to the location and retrieved another remote. So kuddos to the phone customer service agent and the area supervisor. But this location should not be used until this rude, condesending and downright awful agent is OUT!!!!! The stress of worrying for three days, my credit card being held hostage and the time taken to get this resolved was insane.

Jeffery BThere was another uhaul parked in front of the one I was renting, and I couldnt get out. When I went to get assistance from the clerk inside, he told me I had to move the problem vehicle myself and that he wasnt allowed to touch the uhauls. He walked outside with me, then tried to get me to wiggle the truck I was renting out instead of moving the other one. There was no way I could do this safely, and I refused. I ended up moving the uhaul that was blocking my rental down to another area of the parking lot, then gave the key back. Also, I was supposed to be able to check in via mobile, but I actually had to go into the building to get my key and check in.
