This pick up location was a gas station. The computer and internet used to obtain my reservation information was extremely slow and there was not sufficient staff on hand to attend to my needs as well as the needs of customers at the gas station.

Horrible service! The worst! Terrible customer service.

Wait time was ridiculous this location is a gas station and the attendant kept taking care of the gas station customers ahead of us as they continued to come in the gas station store and interrupted our service. The teller/attendant was very rude and argumentative

There is no room to park. no one to help. I had to unload the trailer and do everything myself.

Disorganized. Didn't receive any paperwork. They screwed up the drop off location and tried to charge me twice when I showed them I already paid and waited over an hour for then to get it straightened. Never coming back to this location EVER.

My pick-up, which was pre-reserved took over 45 minutes to complete. The clerk admitted she was new to her job and this was her first Uhaul rental and had no back up - she was trying but in over her head. She spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to get the paperwork completed. Eventually another clerk arrived at the store and stepped in but I never received proper contract paperwork which led to a series of other disputes over mileage and gas -UGH!!! The only thing positive I can say about my UHaul experience was that the support on the 1-800 line was very helpful and courteous the several times I needed to contact to sort out the issues created by their local agents.

Ensure that someone knowledgeable of the protocol is present before the selected pick up time. Someone had to call the woman I had spoke with and by the time she got there, called someone else about how to enter the information she had already collected from me earlier in the day into the system we left 45 minutes past our initially requested pick up time (I had even said on the phone that we might be early). After being late to pick up belongings from a family friend and moved the pieces into our apartment we drove back to the gas station exhausted at 11pm. In the past at any other uhaul location we are typically able to drop the keys in a drop box and go. Instead the man that was there made us wait while he assessed the car for damage, checked the mileage, etc. and even after all this asked my boyfriend how to turn the lights off on the truck (demonstrating limited understanding of how the vehicles operated). I will not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate since it was so conveniently located relative to my apartment complex
