30 minute delay in rental process due to agent being incompetent and refusing to release keys. Charged a $25 cleaning fee for no reason whatsoever, unit was returned in the same or better condition that it was given it. Zero assistance offered to load dollies or blankets in truck. Literally tossed on the sidewalk and walked away.

Vito GI had a horrible experience here from the time I walked in. First they said my reservation had been canceled, I made my appointment the day before, and I had to make other one. The attendant was waiting on other customers while I stood there. It took about 35 minutes. He handed me the key and told me the truck was just outside. I wandered around and couldn't find it in all the trucks that were there. He finally came out snd helped me find the truck. It was in a spot that was so tight between the truck and the exit.
