1- Have an online pickup system that doesn't break when I use it and takes 20 minutes to pick up the truck that I pre-ordered online. 2- Don't charge me for gas as well as mileage, which I see as equivalent to double charging. 3- Don't overcharge me by roughly 50% over the predictions that the website gave me. Fixing the above would help improve the experience for the next customer. The only good thing was that the truck was in good condition. Everything else stunk.
