It was a gas station, so that was the vibe. I didn't receive the number of blankets I had ordered, so the guy kept telling me I had to pay for them anyway. I called the pick-up location and they confirmed they had made a mistake -- that I only received 4 of the 12. The guy at the drop off location didn't care and wanted to bill me for the additional 8 and then request a refund from U-Haul. He contacted his manager who told him to only charge me for 4 and to make a note. Also wanted me to back a 15 foot truck into a very tight space and I said no.

OLAMIDE EThe pick up location was great, and picking up the vehicle was quick and flawless. The one comment I would make is that I wish the attendants would make time to take a look at the rentals before the appointment in case the windshield needs wiping down or the wipers need to have any debris (like fallen branches or flower petals) cleared off, or at the very least, have a look inside of the cabin area for any trash left by the previous renter. Other than that, no complaints.
