The equipment was clean but 10 miles into the move the check engine light came on. The entire process of picking up the U-Haul was just bad. Nothing was sent to me to explain that changing the location from the store in vestal to this neighborhood location would entirely change the process of picking up and dropping off the truck. I done loaded the u haul app in an attempt to pickup the truck and after giving pictures of my license the app would freeze. So then I had to delete the app and go online to complete the process (parts of which I was redoing). It took me 40 minutes to pick up the truck as compared to the regular 5 and dropping off took a lot longer as well. In the future, if I was to try to rent a u haul and the only way was to go to a neighborhood location I instead of a store, I will cancel the truck and go to a competitor.
