Picked up on time, they were great to work with. I was able to drop it off early and they met me right as I pulled into the parking lot. Everything was quick and easy. I'd say the only feedback that I would have is the trailer doesn't like to go over 55 miles an hour when most freeways are 70 to 75 miles an hour. Other than that, it was amazing.

ELIJAH HThe pick up place was exceptional. However the original confirmation process was going to have us drive and hour to pick up location and an hour back. I find this completely unacceptable. I understand that you can’t always be sure of inventory, however an hour each way is a little excessive.
Daniel AAssociates were very friendly and very helpful. The vehicle we rented seemed a bit old (was shaky for the whole ride, made unusual noises when changing gears, it had difficulty running the A/C while at highway speed and had lots of rust on the tire bolts and undercarriage.). Hopefully it is already slated for replacement, but would make this as the only recommendation for our experience there. Everything else went just fine.

ROBERT WI believe this location is new to renting U-Haul‘s and still in the learning stage otherwise I would’ve given them a below average rating. The kind gentlemen who I went in the building to get my keys from was helping in another customer. I waited a good 10 minutes, even though I had reserved the U-Haul a week ahead of time and checked in with my app. All I needed were the keys. The app says to step ahead of the line and collect your keys so you can be on your way. I had to wait because the equipment I had ordered i.e. dollies and blankets were not in the truck. When I did get to the front of the line, the kind gentleman put my name into the computer and said everything had been done. I explained I needed to get the keys and moving equipment I was missing. He said that’s why I had to come inside. He also mentioned this was the first time he had seen anyone check in this way. He did go grab the moving equipment and put it in the U-Haul. I hope from his experience with me he will figure out how to recognize through the computer system when someone reserves the U-Haul and equipment online ahead of time so that it is ready and available and possibly a better experience for not only the customer but also himself.
