Overall the equipment was satisfactory, it got the job done. Concerning portion for the equipment though was neither chassis chain had retention rubbers on them, the rear chain had been drug for quite a while in a previous rental. I would still rent there if need be, as it was close enough and good enough.

MANDY NYour app is horrible. I spent over 45 minutes trying to check out my rented trucks and ended waiting until the store opened to finish checking out the 2nd truck. So much for wanting to get a jump on the day by picking up the trucks before the store opened. You really need to fix this.

ANTHONY EBilling was a nightmare. Did a face-to-face rental from a local employee without needing to use the U-Haul reservation site. The local employee quoted a fair price for the rental, I did the rental as agreed, and after I returned the trailer in good condition, U-Haul billed me for three times the agreed-to amount. Have had to return to the retail location twice so far to try to straighten out this mess, and so far U-Haul has not sent me a corrected bill. Beware!
MICHAEL FEmployee was very rude seemed like he didn't want to do anything and started eating lunch while doing our contract then what we reserved wasn't what we got was told we had 2 days total for rental and then contract showed we was only alotted 106 miles for a 150+ miles do not go to this location at all

TIMOTHY HTwo of the tires were almost bald (down to the treads) and it was raining the whole way to our destination. Other than that, everything was great.
KEATON VThe desk staff was friendly and fast. The teenager who hooked up the trailer asked what I was hauling then advised me of issues I might encounter, like a seasoned pro - very good advice so I wouldn’t rip the bumper off my car with a low ground clearance.

McKay PMy rental truck was really difficult to access. It was parked behind trucks and trailers. My husband and I had to manually drag a trailer out of the way so that I could pull out. If I had been by myself, it would’ve been inaccessible. Since it was in a Sunday, there was nobody at this location to help me. It was upsetting that the truck was parked so inaccessibly. Otherwise, the truck was great and the whole process went smoothly. Thank you so much!
Jennifer HThe reason "Were the personnel helpful?" was marked as "No" was that it was on a Sunday and nobody was there. On the questionnaire, you may want to consider adding a "N/A" selection. I had to make a selection to finish the form, and I was just about ready to not submit anything.
