I thought the U-Haul drop off location was going to be a real U-Haul place but it was a convenient store with U-Haul trucks parking in the grass behind the building. There was no U-Haul representative there, no instruction on how to return the truck, and the store attendant didn't speak English very well. I was not sure what to do or how to proceed. The return experience was terrible using the U-Haul website. I uploaded all six images and clicked Next. It said there was a problem with the first image, so I took it again and clicked Next. Then it said there was an issue with the second image, prompting me to retake it and click Next again. This continued with the third image, leading me to retake it and proceed by pressing Next. This process repeated for all six images. After that, it started over with the first image again. It went through each image once more, stating there was a problem and asking me to retake them. Eventually, after the fourth attempt at retaking all the images, it finally accepted all of them. I was beginning to think it would never accept the images. The whole truck return experience was really frustrating.
