Nothing. This was so easy getting the truck and finishing the transaction when we turned it back in. Way to go U-Haul! Finally paperless.

Representative I spoke to on the phone on 11/28 said we could pay cash/card/check when picking up the rental. The location we picked up the truck from gave us a hard time about paying with cash. Demanded a card for it to be on. Gave us a hard time when picking up rental due to reservation name/ pick up name not being the same. Representative that I called 11/29 was not helpful at all. Didn’t apologize for any invonvience. Told me her headset came unplugged after being on the phone with her explaining my disappointment. Only did she tell me it came unplugged after I explained everything and said hello? She then told me she didn’t hear anything. Very very dissatisfied!! Will not be using U-Haul again!!!!

Although counter person was very friendly and helpful, seemed as though uHaul is their third concern. Too busy helping other customers with convenience store and lotto. Interrupted my pickup to deal with other customers twice.

The representatives at this location has a very long history of overcharging seemingly (African American) customers. I was warned about this location but I was in desperate need of a truck and this was the closest location with availability. I picked up the truck, returned it and refilled the fuel all within 12 hours. I was charged extra 14.00 for insurance, and 40.00 late fee, because the owner said the truck was returned 30 minutes late. I immediately called uhaul and advised them that im a preferred customer, being that I run a moving company and we rent from uhaul on a consistent basis. The uhaul representative agreed with me and immediately issued a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Excellent friendly customer service. Efficient. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I've rented from this location multiple times and they are very good. Highly recommended.

Actually have equipment for rent that is in good working order. Tire strap on auto transport was broken and could not strap the tire down with it. Had to use my own strap to make it work. Complete unacceptable to have to pay to rent this equipment.

Left side strap was previously cut so it was to short to go over the tire and rachet properly. Luckily I had a couple rachet straps to make it a safe thrip. I told the associate and he showed no sympathy.

Back of uhaul was filled with shattered egg shells and rotten eggs splattered on the ground. Took over an hour to clean out the back of the uhaul before we could even pack it up. An absolute disgrace.

I reserved online but when i got to location (although I had previously submitted all info) they still asked me for everything all over again and told me to disregard the online one. So what is the purpose of doing everything online? Online they also asked me to upload license and input license info and they still asked for that at store. When i finished the online process it gave me a bar code that said show this to get your key, the guy didnt even want to look at it. I got a different truck number at location than the one i got online. Anyway it was very frustrating. Location is horrible lots of homeless and drunk people outside store not a safe location.
