I received a call the night before my reservation with someone telling me they gave my truck away for the next day!! This was going to be a disaster, but thankfully they found me a truck but I ended up having to drive an extra 20 miles out of my way, taking my time, costing me gas, and costing me extra mileage charges. I should not have to pay gas and mileage if your company cannot give me the vehicle you promised me 2 weeks earlier! This was all because they gave my truck away to someone who just booked the day before, NOT FAIR!Gary H.

Have the vehicle I rented there I had to go out of the way to pick up the vehicle. Plus get charged for the extra miles. I had to do the job that the service people should of been doing . The whole truck rental was seamless and concise, there was a miscommunication about a type of moving dolly I had requested but that was quickly resolved. I was very impressed with the gentleman at the EXPRESS FOOD MART, he had simplified the check in/ check out process for himself and the customer,I was there and leaving within 10 minutes and even less when returning the truck. I would recommend the Express Food Mart to ANYONE who uses U-Haul in Bear,Delaware.JOEL C.

Terrible customer service. The employees at this location don't know what they are doing. The couldn't correctly update my rental agreement and they have no idea how to maintain their vehicles. You should not let them represent your company. Further your claims representatives are poor at customer service as well. I filed a claim due to the experience I had and the representative didn't make prompt communications and my issue is still unresolved, 4 months later.Douglas E.

Vehicle was clean but the fuel,meter was not working. It displayed end of fuel always. This caused confusion on how much gas was in the tank and when to refill. Had to refill multiple times to ensure tank was fullKrishna D.
The employees were not masked, even though many signs were posted for customers to be. Also, the items were not prepared and in the truck ahead of time. I had to drag them around to the back of the building myself. The truck's check engine light was on and the gas gauge was broken, so I had no idea how much fuel I had. The location was a bit sketch, not in a great part of town. The clerk was efficient but totally impersonal and eager to charge me for gas when the dial was on the mark but barely showed the slightest fragment of the 3/4 white line mark on the gas gauge. The mark was about 1/8â€ thick and the right edge of the mark showed about 1/32â€ of white mark. I got charged extra for gas.Matthew W.
