The time of pickup was changed without notification and when I called to change back the time I was told there is nothing else available and the location was changed to a further location without an update to the app until I called. I also did not have Dollie’s available when I picked up truck

They are trying to scam people with charges for blankets etc. very bizarre behavior and make you do everything yourself, like find the vehicle.
ethan dMy mother and I arrived to pick up a trailer rental. Checkout was quick and there was someone outside to help us connect the trailer to our hitch. The gentleman helping us was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend using theis location for your U-Haul rental equipment.
Nadia LI reserved a truck and a tow dolly for 10:30 a.m. When I arrived at the location, I was informed that the tow dolly I had reserved was not available. Instead of offering a resolution or alternative options, the staff member simply walked away. When I asked what could be done, I was asked, “What do you want to do?” as if I was inconveniencing him. I was then told that they did not have the tow dolly I had reserved. It seems U-Haul has no problem taking reservations and collecting payment, but this location failed to have the equipment available and provided poor customer service when the issue arose. The lack of communication, professionalism, and effort to resolve the problem made for a terrible experience. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be reserving equipment from this location again.
Stephen CIt's a convenient store so the clerk spent time running between the customers buying items , playing the lottery and renting U-Haul. It wasn't too bad just be patient.
