I reserved a truck and a tow dolly for 10:30 a.m. When I arrived at the location, I was informed that the tow dolly I had reserved was not available. Instead of offering a resolution or alternative options, the staff member simply walked away. When I asked what could be done, I was asked, “What do you want to do?” as if I was inconveniencing him. I was then told that they did not have the tow dolly I had reserved. It seems U-Haul has no problem taking reservations and collecting payment, but this location failed to have the equipment available and provided poor customer service when the issue arose. The lack of communication, professionalism, and effort to resolve the problem made for a terrible experience. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be reserving equipment from this location again.

It's a convenient store so the clerk spent time running between the customers buying items , playing the lottery and renting U-Haul. It wasn't too bad just be patient.

Joseph SOur preferred location for pick up was changed to a further location and we were notified after 5pm the day before. Additionally, the location on the app was not updated therefore we were not able to do the mobile pick up as intended. Outside of this, the pick up location itself was able to remediate the issue promptly and provided a truck in good condition. Therefore our disappointment was more so on the coordination side not the pick up location itself.
Kara OI'm giving all negative reviews - not because of the performance of the pick-up and drop-off locations - but due to my overall dissatisfaction with the UHAUL organization. I reserved a 15' truck at specific location and at the last minute, U-HAUL revised my reservation to be a 26' truck at an entirely different location The larger truck obviously required MORE fuel - which I was willing to accept But then - when I returned the truck I was charged for 15 additional miles No consideration by U-Haul corporate Would I recommend U-Haul - ONLY AS A LAST RESORT -until you clean up your corporate customer service skills You rely entirely on your local agents to make you look good
