There was water pouring over the drivers side visor. It was pouring rain all day. The driver was wet the entire day. This was not a pleasant experience and should be fixed
Tom BThe staff was completely unhelpful and unattententive. There were no moving blankets or equipment in the back of the truck, yet I was still charged for them. The people seemed entirely uninterested in helping me at all, telling me "I can help you if you want but it's going to be a while." I'll avoid that location when I need a truck in the future. I felt cheated.

Was originally going to pick up at Northwest Towing in House Springs,MO receive a call from U-Haul about 30 mins after reservation was made to tell that truck was already booked and had to go to Fenton location. To get to the Fenton location I pass by House Springs location to see that the truck was there ( not out as was told) travel back home had to back by House Springs to see that the truck was still there !!!!!! I check with House Springs location Monday,11-6-23 and was told that the truck DID NOT GO OUT. The Fenton location is a Oil Change business and oil changes come first, had to wait until they had time to do paper work. Know now that I could of just done everything on-line.

paul bI had to drive in the morning to return the keys to the owner because no drop box is installed. That's pretty unacceptable.
Vincent HMy pick up location was odd, since it was an express oil change place. But it worked fine. My only complaint was with how the online booking worked. I booked a location for Saturday in-person pickup (not the mobile pickup) and then UHaul emailed me on Friday to say they didn't have my truck available, and switched me to a different location, which turned out to be closed on Saturday, my pick up day. How stupid is that? So, I called Saturday morning and they sent me to this oil change place. I also had to go up a size on my truck because they also didn't have one available there. I'm glad I was able to get a truck, but not happy with how I ended up paying a lot more for a larger truck and driving twice as far to pick it up.

Jim BU-Haul's online website stopped working when I tried to drop-off the vehicle and the employees at this location went above and beyond to make sure the return was filed correctly in spite of the issue.

My issue is with the absolute horrendous experience for the 2nd time of using Uhauls online pickup via the app. Be yh times I was not given the code to get the key for tje truck. Then i tried to call customer service and it was an HOUR wait to talk to someone! Then after wasting an hour, i had issues with the app accepting the picture i took of the odometer and gas. I have had nothing but a bad experience with the online pickup and wont use it again
Tammy PThe main concern I would have to use this place again is that we had to wait a considerable amount of time for someone to be able to help us. We were told that their oil changes come first and it was first come, first serve. I could see the possibility of having to wait a long time each time depending on the timing of their business customers.
Wendy SHave been using Uhaul for the past few weeks for my company and I have never experienced such rude people than the ones working for Uhaul. They call with attitudes acting like even though I’m paying for these trucks it’s a problem I’m renting them. Spent thousands of dollars and I will no longer ever rent with Uhaul again. Horrible.

David WThe mobile check in takes too long. Nothing was working, the location was closed, customer service had a 20 minute hold time. It took an hour just to check in. Things could be better streamlined. Since it took so long to get it checked out we were late getting back. Not sure I would recommend the service.
Angela WVery confusing to get truck picked up. Was not told had to do all this and I was charged for over night when I was returning same day. Person who helped me order truck could have explained all this
TAMMY HThe wheel and hub broke off the tow dolly on the road. This is not the dealers fault as it couldn’t be visually verified.

David MThe dealer where I picked up trailer didn't know I was coming where I dropped it off was supposed to be open and wasn't drove around Lebanon to a couple of them .The trailer should be a one day rental instead of two days so it would be cheaper .
ROY RNo convenient way to put hook straps inside of your box trailers to secure items. Serial number on the trailer did not match paperwork.
WILLIAM HI was charged twice for the truck, still working on removing the duplicate charge. Need to call UHaul to further discuss the issue. NOT HAPPY!!!

VIKKI DThe only employee familiar with U-Haul rentals was absent from work and the gentlemen who helped us did not know how to add miles to the one-way rental or do anything with the computer. He was candid and apologetic, but that didn't help us. Fortunately, we didn't need any extra miles.

Susan FThe location that I was sent to didn't have my truck. I then had to go to another location to get the vehicle. As a result, I had to pay movers an extra 1.5 hours to stand around and wait for me. Peolpe were stunned that it cost me 180.00 to rent a truck for the day as well.
John CThis guy (Andy) was very accommodating, but those "Call-In Girls" from the Central Office were NERDS. They yapped off the Phone # sooo... fast, I had to replay my Message about five times. And some Bimbo got mad at me, with her what-uh, when I called in... and got through finally. Amanda finally helped me, and set up my Drop-off location! THANK YOU Amanda...!!! : )
WILLIAM WI drop off after hours.. however the application guided me through the process and it was fantastic. I have used this service 2 times and I had no issues.. Thank you
