I arranged this to be a mobile pick up. The request was never added to my app. When I arrived I could not access the truck. I called support and they transferred me to the site owner/manager. He sent me a video to review and get the truck. This video did not matter because the pick up was not on my app. The shop opened at 8am and the manager did not arrive until 8:01. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes to make a new rental and get the truck. Next time I will skip the mobile app and order in person.

The wait was slightly long but they were friendly nonetheless. It's a good location. Truck was well maintained.

This portion is for corporate billing portion. I was waiting for a bill to come in or a phone call, email, app update...nope nothing...Instead you just swipe $174 out of an account. Well thank you. That was earmarked for my CAR PAYMENT. You are supposed to be sending it back.. guess what...car payment due today! Ill give you my cc number for payment AFTER I recieve my car payment money back. I feel like you think you are the only company that supplies trucks. Mine was so old it had an ashtray built in it. #DOBETTER
