Try not saying pick up customers look suspicious. And that we would have to wait to get the truck. Clearly as a UHAUL representative you should know BEFORE you speak. This portion is for corporate billing portion. I was waiting for a bill to come in or a phone call, email, app update...nope nothing...Instead you just swipe $174 out of an account. Well thank you. That was earmarked for my CAR PAYMENT. You are supposed to be sending it back.. guess what...car payment due today! Ill give you my cc number for payment AFTER I recieve my car payment money back. I feel like you think you are the only company that supplies trucks. Mine was so old it had an ashtray built in it. #DOBETTER

Keven FLock box was already unlocked when I got there? Anyone could have taken the keys but fortunately they were still there. Overall great experience. Truck was extremely clean and did well the whole trip.
