Clearly didn’t want to answer questions… I will never recommend this site because of that which is sad cause I’ve used it many times in the past!

MICHAEL LIt added significant driving time to pick up at this location instead of where I booked it in Tacoma. The mattress plastic wrapper with handles was awful, the handles ripped of off, definitely not worth $30. After the extended drive, no restroom available at this location.
Michael MDaily rental totals out a little high in my opinion. If the rental is that high, we should. It have to refuel the truck and hand truck should be included. Other than that, no other issues.

christian lThe APP is a sham. Took photos of how dirty the truck was when I received it. The truck was a little cleaner when I dropped it off. Submitted photos through the APP and they still charged the cleaning fee.

RAYMOND L19.95 rental to close to 100 by the time all said and done, not counting gas. Did not get a refund or credit when I put more gas in then required. Not a site specific issue per say, staff member was very pleasant. Only thing against the site is would’ve been nice to have been told there is an additional charge for after hours drop off when I asked if it was ok or not to drop off after hours.

James WI have rented from this location about 4 times now as I live in town, and each time was a positive experience. The counter staff was friendly but not in a fake way. I forget the managers name I spoke with, but she was friendly to me and respectful towards the other associate working at the counter. The van I rented was clean and ready for use. I'll absolutely go to this location again in the future.

Kenneth BThere was some damage to the vehicle that the attendants did not mention to us. They didn’t do a walk around with us to show the issues the truck had. I took some pictures of the damage. The box on the back has a hole in the mothers attic on the passenger side after an accident from a previous customer.

Gary SCassie, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. My wife and I rented a car hauler to get one of our project cars to Dax's Automotive in Lynnwood and the pickup and drop-off went very smoothly, and the attention to detail for us and the equipment's safety was second-to-none. Would highly recommend renting from here 😊.
Brian RI picked up the UHAUL with just under a half a tank. I would suggest filling the tank on pickup.It would be helpful to have employees assist with pick up by walking out to the truck and ask if I had any questions on the vehicle usage. The employees were helpful at the desk and were very kind.

HARRY TMaybe stop cheating folks out of there money my reservation was for 75 dollars when I get there they put a 132 dollar hold on my card I put more gas back than was there when I left and they charged me 18 more dollars after keeping the 132 smfh I feel like I got ripped off!

DAVID WOne staff member was just cold and short. I went into the office despite having a mobile vehicle pick up, as sometimes I struggle with technology, and was told “You don’t come in here, you go out there! That’s what you picked!” In a way that expressed she was severely inconvenienced. It made me feel like I did something wrong. Along with that there was some light dirt/ dried mud and light odor in the truck cargo bay, not a big deal, but wanted to list that as it was the condition of the vehicle in case I get charged for it.
