I have been here many times to rent trucks and vans for hauling arcade machines and furniture pickups. The staff are always super friendly and kind. I will continue to do business with this site since they have the best customer service!

Joseph PGreat service. Prompt, all business, courteous.
PETER MYour reservation system sucks!! We had a one way booked that you changed pick up location 3 times. The last time was 5 minutes before we walked out the door. 30 miles from our house. We then had to switch to a round trip location. At least Express Storage was able to accommodate us with a truck. You nearly upended our entire move that weekend with your reservation shenanigans. We will never use Uhaul again,. But the staff and equipment at Express storage was top notch.
