The 3 employees we interacted with were not friendly or helpful, I had to do all the ‘thinking’ for them. They wanted to give me a trailer that had no way of securing it to the vehicle, there was a 5x8 sitting right next to it that had a locking hole still and I asked for that one multiple times, I felt like I had to beg them for it, I asked ‘how am I going to stop someone from stealing this trailer without using my lock? And they just kept mentioning if I take it off my hitch it will void the warranty, yes I know! But how am I going to stop someone from stealing it?! I tried to return the trailer on Sunday and the gal on the phone was rude and short, seemed like she was in a bad mood, I was trying to problem solve how I could get it back by 8am on Sunday and she would not advise me. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.

The girl working seemed like she hated her job and the people she interacted with. Not welcoming at all.. didnt greet us, and only spoke to us when she had to.
MELISSA MEven though there was an attendant present they made me check in on the app. I also got charged a cleaning fee even though I cleaned out that truck and folded all the furniture pads... I left no trash in there and left it cleaner than it started...
Zachary OI turned it in on time but the lady working there said she had already punched out. She watched me use browser to sign in my truck and pointed me to the drop box. Now they are charging me a for an extra day saying that I didn't turn it in until the following day. I was told that your company does this but I hadn't realized it was a company wide scam. I will posting a Google review and I am a Google ambassador so it will permanently remain the first review people see when they look up this location.
