Customer service was very rude at check in. We hires movers thru U-Haul and they were 5 hrs late after calling and pushing back our start time 4 times to move elderly veteran into senior home.

AARON BThe gas tank should be full when checked out and returned instead of having to guess how much gas to get it back to roughly where it was. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas when it looked to be at the same place as when I picked it up. Seems a little unfair.
