The ladies here were very pleasant and friendly. I was a last minute add on since national U-Haul changed my reservation from Puyallup, WA to Florida then cancel it because I didn’t show up on time, which was my WA time to pick up. Anyway, it was my first time driving a van and I was very impressed. The only thing I did not like was when I put gas in it, it looked like it was on the same marker. But when I received my receipt the digital printout showed different and I was charge for gas. So next time, I will just fill it up regardless to keep from being charged because the customer doesn’t see a digital picture, only what’s on the gauge. Also I brought it back before closing but was told, they officially stop doing business at 5:45 but close at 6:00 pm. I rushed for nothing. However, looking from the positive, I accomplished everything I had to do from 3:15 pm - 5:50 including get gas.

I asked for your military discount and they told me that they were just a contractor and could not authorize the discount..They told me to contact UHaul directly to get the discount. I called the number and was told the because the trailer was already dispatched that they could not give me the discount. What the Heck? If you don't want to give a discount, then don't offer it

DOMINIC LBetter customer service. Our checkin was smooth because most of it was done online. Checkout on the other hand was just horrible. We went in to return the truck and the agent was at the office door. We called out to her several times as they were closing soon but she ignored us and walked away. We caught her at the gate as she was leaving and she told us she cant take after hours returns. We explained to her that we had called in and also arrived before closing but she ignored us. She said we would need to take the rental back with us (which charged me both gas and mileage and the extra day) and said we were not able to leave it in the secured gate as she will charge us for vandalism and gas siphering. We explained to her how far we traveled and that we were not able to hang on to it another day and she continued to say how we would be charged for this and that. I came the next morning to return thr rental and the agent working said I couldve left it in the gated parking area with the other trucks and left the keys in secure slot in the door. Overall it was horrible and costly experience and I would not recommend this office to anyone.

JORGE Ri made this reservation at another location to only be told a week later that the location i had chosen would not have the trailer and he couldn't help me. after calling u-haul i chose another location in puyallup, received a confirmation text and 10 minutes later received another text saying to pick up at another location. Then after i called the location to have it switched closer i stopped to verify that everything was set for someone else to pick up. when the other person showed up to get the trailer they gave her a hard time and asked her for her credit card, i had already prepaid and asked if that was needed. the whole experience was stressful and the trailer smelled like cheap perfume.

CLIFTON EI had a great experience. The price was right, the truck was available when I needed it. The people were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was muddy from the rain. Perhaps some gravel would be helpful and mud wouldn’t get tracked into the vehicle. Overall, I appreciate UHaul being here when I needed a pickup for a quick chore.

WILLIAM HCassie in the store was extremely rude and charged us for a second day because we arrived at 130 instead of 1:15- we had called three hours prior and spoken to a csr and made them aware they said it would be fine. We put gas back into the truck to bring it up to where it was which was barely half a tank. She then said we wouldn’t be able to take the truck and trailer we just paid for a second day Rental on because she has someone else who needs it. I don’t understand why we needed to be charged a second day when it was there and ready to be used by the next user ( who we spoke too and he wasn’t actually picking the trailer up until the next day) she proceeded to tell my boyfriend it’s her store and she can do whatever she wants and charged us another $130 for a rental we weren’t able to keep. Making our one day rental 392.34 Apparently doing whatever you want because it’s your store is worth more than keeping a customer. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location for any reason. I work in the service industry and quite frankly her customer service is crap.

GEOFFREY HDo what you say you are going to do. This lot is a dealer that did not give us a discount of 10% that they said we would get. They ran the payment without the discount and said the return location give the discount. Return lot called upper management and they said it would be refunded in 72 hours.
