To start off I called on a Tuesday and asked about rentals. The person I spoke with told me there was no need to rent a truck as there were plenty and I can just show up on Friday to rent one. Okay. So I show up Friday at 4:30 to rent a truck and there are no 24hr rentals available, I can have but have to have it back by 7:30am! This caused a lot of issues for me, I re arranged my plans so I could have the truck back and was there at 7:20…the place was CLOSED no one on property to take the truck!! The entire experience was terrible. Wrong information and no apologies for the miscommunications. My fault for not placing a rental! So if you rent from here, place a reservation.

The ladies here were very pleasant and friendly. I was a last minute add on since national U-Haul changed my reservation from Puyallup, WA to Florida then cancel it because I didn’t show up on time, which was my WA time to pick up. Anyway, it was my first time driving a van and I was very impressed. The only thing I did not like was when I put gas in it, it looked like it was on the same marker. But when I received my receipt the digital printout showed different and I was charge for gas. So next time, I will just fill it up regardless to keep from being charged because the customer doesn’t see a digital picture, only what’s on the gauge. Also I brought it back before closing but was told, they officially stop doing business at 5:45 but close at 6:00 pm. I rushed for nothing. However, looking from the positive, I accomplished everything I had to do from 3:15 pm - 5:50 including get gas.

Booking a U-Haul was so simple and quick at this location. Service was great, instructions were clear, and we were just a walk-in, but they had what we needed and it was no problem! Highly recommend!

Cathy—wait, I mean Cassie—was awesome! I rented a car trailer from U-Haul and was helped by someone I mistakenly called “Cathy” at first—but her real name is Cassie! She took the mix-up with a smile and delivered absolutely top-notch service. Cassie was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great experience thanks to her—U-Haul is lucky to have someone like Cassie on the team!

I am a military veteran. I asked for your military discount and they told me that they were just a contractor and could not authorize the discount..They told me to contact UHaul directly to get the discount. I called the number and was told the because the trailer was already dispatched that they could not give me the discount. What the Heck? If you don't want to give a discount, then don't offer it

Better customer service. Our checkin was smooth because most of it was done online. Checkout on the other hand was just horrible. We went in to return the truck and the agent was at the office door. We called out to her several times as they were closing soon but she ignored us and walked away. We caught her at the gate as she was leaving and she told us she cant take after hours returns. We explained to her that we had called in and also arrived before closing but she ignored us. She said we would need to take the rental back with us (which charged me both gas and mileage and the extra day) and said we were not able to leave it in the secured gate as she will charge us for vandalism and gas siphering. We explained to her how far we traveled and that we were not able to hang on to it another day and she continued to say how we would be charged for this and that. I came the next morning to return thr rental and the agent working said I couldve left it in the gated parking area with the other trucks and left the keys in secure slot in the door. Overall it was horrible and costly experience and I would not recommend this office to anyone.

When returning the trailer, one of the attendees would rather be on his cellphone then help me, actually said to me,are you OK with disconnecting the trailer yourself! I have been renting from uhaul for over a decade, never once have I been allowed to do any connecting or disconnecting of uhaul equipment

Cassie and Mitch were excellent, professional and efficient. The only thing you could do to improve would be give them a raise and pay. Or promote them to regional managers, but I’d hate to lose them. They are awesome.

There was no air conditioning in the truck. The truck was running rough and refused to start for ten minutes after arriving to the first stop. Made for a pretty rough experience on moving day.

Don't use uhaul. They constantly mess up and not worth your time or effort. Over charge, don't follow through with what they said. Charge you for stuff that they told you to do. Charged me for dropping off even though was told to put it there by customer support

i made this reservation at another location to only be told a week later that the location i had chosen would not have the trailer and he couldn't help me. after calling u-haul i chose another location in puyallup, received a confirmation text and 10 minutes later received another text saying to pick up at another location. Then after i called the location to have it switched closer i stopped to verify that everything was set for someone else to pick up. when the other person showed up to get the trailer they gave her a hard time and asked her for her credit card, i had already prepaid and asked if that was needed. the whole experience was stressful and the trailer smelled like cheap perfume.

I had a great experience. The price was right, the truck was available when I needed it. The people were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was muddy from the rain. Perhaps some gravel would be helpful and mud wouldn’t get tracked into the vehicle. Overall, I appreciate UHaul being here when I needed a pickup for a quick chore.
