I have been renting from uhaul for over a decade, never once have I been allowed to do any connecting or disconnecting of uhaul equipment

THOMAS RCassie and Mitch were excellent, professional and efficient. The only thing you could do to improve would be give them a raise and pay. Or promote them to regional managers, but I’d hate to lose them. They are awesome.

CHRISTOPHER LDon't use uhaul. They constantly mess up and not worth your time or effort. Over charge, don't follow through with what they said. Charge you for stuff that they told you to do. Charged me for dropping off even though was told to put it there by customer support

JORGE Ri made this reservation at another location to only be told a week later that the location i had chosen would not have the trailer and he couldn't help me. after calling u-haul i chose another location in puyallup, received a confirmation text and 10 minutes later received another text saying to pick up at another location. Then after i called the location to have it switched closer i stopped to verify that everything was set for someone else to pick up. when the other person showed up to get the trailer they gave her a hard time and asked her for her credit card, i had already prepaid and asked if that was needed. the whole experience was stressful and the trailer smelled like cheap perfume.

CLIFTON EI had a great experience. The price was right, the truck was available when I needed it. The people were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was muddy from the rain. Perhaps some gravel would be helpful and mud wouldn’t get tracked into the vehicle. Overall, I appreciate UHaul being here when I needed a pickup for a quick chore.

WILLIAM HCassie in the store was extremely rude and charged us for a second day because we arrived at 130 instead of 1:15- we had called three hours prior and spoken to a csr and made them aware they said it would be fine. We put gas back into the truck to bring it up to where it was which was barely half a tank. She then said we wouldn’t be able to take the truck and trailer we just paid for a second day Rental on because she has someone else who needs it. I don’t understand why we needed to be charged a second day when it was there and ready to be used by the next user ( who we spoke too and he wasn’t actually picking the trailer up until the next day) she proceeded to tell my boyfriend it’s her store and she can do whatever she wants and charged us another $130 for a rental we weren’t able to keep. Making our one day rental 392.34 Apparently doing whatever you want because it’s your store is worth more than keeping a customer. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location for any reason. I work in the service industry and quite frankly her customer service is crap.

PAUL KI asked the lady at pick up if I could pay cash for the balance when I returned the truck, she said yes. When I returned the truck, they said cash is not accepted.
GEOFFREY HDo what you say you are going to do. This lot is a dealer that did not give us a discount of 10% that they said we would get. They ran the payment without the discount and said the return location give the discount. Return lot called upper management and they said it would be refunded in 72 hours.
JOLENE Cafter hours drop off.. I had to download your app and I would rather not download anyone's apps.. I couldn't make the app work at all it wouldn't take the the pictures when I tried.. to top it all off it was raining cats and dogs and we could not find an after hours drop off box anywhere on that lot and we went around the lot 3 times.. To add insult to injury I was charged 20.00 for not properly dropping it off.. Your system sucks big time.. I use my telephone to call my family only.. I like using your products.. I don't like dancing through hoops..

MICHAEL WAt pick the lady that helped me was not friendly at all. When returning, another person helped me and he was very friendly. U-haul truck had a light on the dashboard (transmission) at pick up, it had me worried the whole time and wishing that it wouldnt leave in the middle of the road.

JORGE RI put gas in before dropping it off and it was leaking out. Made note and called customer service. . Was still charged 87 dollars for only having half a tank. Obviously they are not renting properly maintained trucks. And they could care less if they put you in a dangerous truck
MIGUEL GI was not explained that if the truck was left there over night just to sit that there would be a charge. No problem. I paid it. Then I verified fuel before I left that night and upon my return and she then charged fuel at $50 I’m sure she eill claim it must have been “stolen”. I will not return to this location for rental again.

PETER AThe trailer was shaking really bad so I had to turn it in at the Bridgeport locations in Lakewood wa when I tried to drop it off there because it was a safety issue they told me I can't drop it off there and I need to take it to place I got it from, are you freaking kidding me so I continue driving this trailer and the wheel falls off causing a catastrophic fatality accident? This by far is the most shittiest and untrained customer service I have ever seen in my entire life and to be quit honest I'm considering legal action against uhaul. I'm still in absolute shock that these employees have been trained like this NOTE THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD FOR ADDITIONAL $75.00 IN TOTAL AFTER I ALREADY RETURNED THE TRAILER WHICH I WANT RETURNED IMMEDIATELY!! ALAN BThe staff at this location purposely overcharged us for mileage and gas usage. Luckily, we had taken photos of the car before and after, but they tried to overcharge us $30 because the woman at the front desk had an attitude. Additionally during check-in I was lied to and told that they could not accept my card. After calling and speaking with management, I learned that that was in fact, a lie. Overall this location is a mixture of: terrible customer service, and incompetent workers. We’ve had previous terrible experiences at this location, but that was over a year ago, so we decided to try it again…. It’s safe to say we’ve thoroughly learned our lesson; we will never recommend this location to anyone else.
GERALYN MPoor customer service and poor quality equipment to door will not close all the way while I was driving he keep telling me that the door it’s open. I had to stop couple times and slam the door to make sure that safe inside the vehicle the customer service is not that great either, I definitely don’t recommend this place to anybody else
