Another tire/auto repair business that was closed on Fri (my drop off day) which did allow 24/7 drop offs. The drop off area was cluttered with other uhaul and automobile s making it tight to drop off . Also, the area to park the equipment was a muddy grass area, so it worked but not the best.

It was miserable. The truck had no heater and it was freezing all day.

Keep your trucks maintained. This truck had no heat. This truck had too much play in the steering wheel. This truck had annoying clicking noises coming from the engine. This truck had mushy brakes. On the plus side, this truck had brand new Michelin tires. The check in and out process was nicely orchestrated by David.

The owner/manager was repugnant. Dirty location. I requested a certain drop-off location near my destination. He designated a different location where no one showed up at their opening hour. Very disappointed and difficult.

Operator of store did not greet me or offer any assistance with the drop off. I had to literally follow him into the work area and ask questions about a receipt after unloading and stowing the trailer myself.

When it rained water poured into the cab from what I am guessing was a windshield leak. Water came out of the grab hand holds on both side of the cab and dripped on me for hours.

I was not told that there was a limit on mileage. It wasn’t on the website when I booked. It was on the contract but only after the transaction was complete. It would be nice to point that out before signing contract.
