Aaron TThe gentleman at Express Tire and Brake was very professional and showed us everything we needed to know about the equipment. We were towing a car on a car hauler behind a 26ft truck, 2200 miles. Uhual contacted us at 5pm the day before our scheduled pick up to let us know that the equipment we reserved was not available at the place we reserved and that we had to travel 50 miles to get what we reserved. Awful info the night before a 2200 mile move. Not the fault of the pick up location.
