Celeste BonahmThe brakes were on the end of their life and the truck swayed heavily without a load on it. Lights were dim on low or high beams. Not a huge complaint the truck just seemed on the end of its service life. The lack of aux plug was annoying as the radio stations are terrible around here.

Connie BrayThe app wouldn’t let me pick a drop off location so I picked a place close (using google maps) and they didn’t take trailers. Went to another place and they also didn’t take trailers. Finally the third place took trailers but by this time was closed. Frustrating drop off experience.

JOHN HOODI had to clean out the truck. I could go on with more complaints. I only rented truck so I could get back home. There were no rental cars in this town. I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again. I feel I'm wasting my time filling out this forum, nothing will change.

KEITH HARTMANNThe drop-off location requires the customer to back the trailer into a parking area which could be awkward for some customers...I'm an old farmer so didn't have any problem but thos could be an issue for some less seasoned drivers. The attendant did a very good job and this new location shows promise as a good location in Fredericksburg Texas. The workers were very good, polite and helpful.
Larry PresslerYour website has a lot of work needed. You try to turn in a truck at a location that’s not open on Saturday. Then we have to use your website which is incredibly slow and time consuming because we have to take pictures of everything but the skyline. A real pain.

Steve KlokkerThe location did not have the truck I reserved. I had too settle for a smaller truck. This requires me to make a second 5 hr. Trip to finish my move at a later date. Costing me more time and money. Ironically I was charged extra at drop off because I went over my miles by 19 miles.

Jennifer FavreauI had to return and have all my fluids checked The vehicle was not clean. The windshield covered in bugs. When I asked to have the fluids checked( no washer fluid at all) they stated the oil was only a little low!!!!! I was traveling 1650 miles across the country! Communicating with UHaul was WONDERFUL! Your services are great. Upon return in Bozeman, that site on 7th street was PROFESSIONAL and efficient. Thank you UHaul.
